My client chose 1 Day Wraps to wrap his food truck. We are all the way in Sonoma County and my client chose to schlep to Murrieta. Brian started off pretty easy to work with. Unfortunately he turned into my worst nightmare. He was late delivering a template & my large files were taking a while to upload. I said I would be unavailable for 1 hour and would check back in as soon as I was available. Within that hour he had created his own design-- not knowing our brand story or why it was set up accordingly. He used the font from "Nightmare Before Christmas", didn't use the right colors, and destroyed the bucolic rustic feeling we were going for. He then pressured my client to approve it! All within that hour! I then give him a call and he proceeds to tell me that my design was terrible and he could produce something better in 45 minutes-- Brian--this design doesn't fit the brand or style we have been building. Contacted Brian the owner, based on a referral from Blue Diamond Window Cleaning and also the 5 Star Ratings on Yelp. Had 9 year old Graphics on my 3B's Carpet Care Chevy HHR that were long over due to be replaced, found out from Brian they should be replaced every 3 years on average, otherwise it is very difficult to get off and can do damage to the paint, which I was never told about from my first Graphics on the HHR. Even though it cost me more money then I had budgeted for this , it was well worth it. Brian came up with a Fantastic Wrap Design and all of his staff did an awesome job of getting the HHR looking Fantastic, even though this Type of Vehicle is very difficult to wrap per Brian, and the old singage in some area's, was very difficult to get off, they got it done the next day, after the original date of completion. read more
