Honestly not happy with my experience at Discount Tire. Back in October I paid $700 for all 4 new…read moretires and this location was the last location to touch any of my tires. I ended up having a broke stud most likely because they overtightened it and they had to refer me to another shop to get it fixed. I waited almost 2 hours just for the invoice referral because Manager Philip was in a meeting. Not only did I wait 2 hours for the invoice but the Brake Masters shop I was referred too, I went to and scheduled in advance and they told me they would order the part that day, that way when I come back for the appointment they would have it ready. They did not have the part the day of my appointment and I ended up waiting 4 hours instead of the 2 hours estimate time I was told in the beginning because they waited to order the part the same day. 6 Hours total, I've had to put towards this inconvenience. I spoke to Manager Philip with feedback based on my experience and his solution was, he "will look into another referral shop to recommend and next time I come in for a service, ask for him and he will make sure everything gets done correct and quickly". Not really happy with his solution or response because I will not be coming back to Discount Tire for any service after these inconveniences and overall experience.

In the meantime a motorist stopped to help and added there was a tire shop less than a a mile away. Lopez Tire. After getting the donut tire on, we drive over to Lopez. They immediately helped us out. They patched the puncture in about 15 minutes. They only charged $15. They're open until midnight. They were very busy. Great business! Very accommodating, very friendly, and affordable!
