You go online or call them directly to make an appointment within a designated two hour time frame. They have times all day and into the evening. They call you multiple times to confirm and call about 15 minutes before actual arrival. Josh and Jimmy were our agents and they were professional, courteous, and good-humored. I simply showed them what they needed to take, they quoted the price and within 10 minutes everything was cleaned up and done! I had a 7' by 7' hot tub that I wanted gone. After weeks of waiting for a pool company to send someone out to give me estimate. I finally just logged on to 1800gotjunk.com filled out the information they needed. I asked for some one to show up between 2 an 4pm. Someone immediately called me and told me they would be there shortly! I was amazed how fast they got there. 2 guys Showed up at 2:30. Disconnected the electric. Cut the tub up. loaded it on the truck. Swept and cleaned up and we're done before 4. Called this company to come get an old couch and a rug. The guy called me ahead of my appointment time to tell me he was on his way. I thought everything was going to go well until I got a phone call from the guy telling me he could not get on the military base due to not having insurance papers. He told me to call and reschedule. I called the 1-800 number and told the guy that I needed to reschedule due to their driver not being able to get to me and needed a driver that could get on base. I triple checked that they would be able to get on base. My next appointment came around and I did not ever receive a phone call from the driver. At the end of my two hour window I called the 1-800 number again and was told that they would get ahold of the manager in my area and have the driver call me. When the driver called me he told me he was still not able to get on base. I am not happy that I was told they will be able to get on base and than they were still not able to because they do not have their insurances paper. Will not being using this company even when I do not live on base due to the lack of communication between the people scheduling the pick up times and the drivers. read more

I called to get an estimate and was quoted a price, dependent on the items. I told my husband the approximate price and he said it was too much and try other companies. I called to cancel and Matt told me he would give me $50.00 off if I'd go with them. I said okay. James and Donald came to take the stuff and I told them about the discount offer. they loaded a freezer and counter onto the truck and I wrote the check. They called the office and told Matt they were done and going to the next job. They mentioned the discount and he started yelling over the phone at James. It was so unprofessional!!!! Jamess and Donald were so polite. They seemed embarrassed by the phone conversation. I told them if he wasn't honoring the discount,then they could put the items back ! They said they would probably get in trouble but were honoring the deal. I certainly hope thyey don't get in trouble. They were so polite and professional! read more
