There was a huge crowd on Saturday night, and you have people behaving with no manners: crowding the cases, endless samples, FaceTiming the ice cream on their phones, etc. etc. It's miserable and really loud, and while we have to say that the staff handled everything pretty patiently, it was just an unpleasant place to physically be in (not least because the tables were all filthy and unwiped).
