A week before the job, I checked in with Jade to confirm everything and asked for a detailed list of what the cleaning would include (e.g. baseboards, windows inside and out, cabinets, full deep clean, etc.). I also mentioned I'd like the invoice to clearly reflect the services for documentation purposes -- in case anything came up with my tenant's security deposit and I needed it for small claims. That's when Jade suddenly became uncomfortable and said this was "concerning." I clarified that I wasn't threatening legal action or involving her in a dispute -- I simply needed a clear invoice, as any homeowner would, to show a judge the unit had been professionally deep-cleaned (as required by my lease). I explained this is standard procedure, and no liability or risk would fall on her or her team. Just a paper trail. However, Jade insisted she didn't want to be "caught in any legal crossfire" and pulled out of the job entirely, just one week before the scheduled date, leaving me scrambling just days before I was scheduled to leave the island. She refused to speak on the phone to clarify things or resolve the misunderstanding. All communication abruptly stopped. To make matters worse, Jade then blocked me on Facebook and all other communication channels, presumably to avoid accountability and prevent a negative review -- rather than taking ownership or having a respectful conversation as an informed and professional business owner should. That behavior alone speaks volumes. This last-minute cancellation was a major inconvenience and unnecessary stress, especially after a month of coordination. My first impression of Darryl the owner was good he was very friendly and assured me that they could clean my house at an affordable price. He said they would clean windows and wipe inside cabinets, also wipe down all the walls and clean the floors. They arrived worked a little and there product smelt great, so I assumed my house is getting cleaned really well. They left after about cleaning maybe 4 hours and I thought wow there is no way they could clean my whole big house in 4 hours with only 3 people. Sure enough after they left I was walking through the house and my feet felt dirty so I looked at my feet and it was black. I then got my mop out and moped all of my floors. My floors were so dirty I had to wash the mop out 10 times before I had finished. Later that night the lights in my house revealed exactly where they wiped my walls only directly around any door ways and widows. Seems like they sprayed a lot of product on my walls just to make it smell good for a few hours. Sure enough the great smell was gone the next morning and it was smelly again. So the entire next day I spent with my husband and my parents wiping down every single wall in my house, and the day after wiping out all of the cabinets they said they cleaned, which still smelt and even had dead roaches in it. We also had to scrub all of the showers which did not appear to have been touched at all. So in the end I let this company waste 4 hours of my time as well as almost $500. I would have given them 0 stars if possible. This company did a terrible job. I am writing this review so that no one else gets ripped off like I did.
