I did not even get as far as hiring these people because the person who responded to my simple question of how much he charges per hour was so rude! He offered me a rate of $200 so naturally I wanted to understand how many hours I was getting so I could compare it to other cleaning services. He said if I wanted to know his hourly rate, he was not the right person for me! Who can stay in business with such a rude attitude!? They came right on time, with a positive attitude and went right to work. They cleaned our sliding windows, screens and all. They worked well together, quietly going from room to room. Organized and well directed. They used our hose, and returned it all coiled up as they found it. The windows look beautiful, I thought they had forgotten to put back the screens they were so clean! Incredibly MOTIVATED! I'm a former professional custodian, so I drilled them about cleaning methods and they ABSOLUTELY know what they're doing. They disinfect, polish, shine, organize, do walls, and follow directions. They show up on time (or ahead of time), with a smile, have fair prices, and excellent communication. Patient people who do quick work! They made the headache of scheduling cleaning times a breeze! Izek and Kyle are a great team! They show up on time, are extremely polite, and most importantly do an amazing job. My place is always spotless after they leave and if you have any particular areas of the home that you'd like them to focus on and/or clean more deeply, they're always happy to do it. Additionally, they get things done quickly but are extremely thorough and don't leave a spot untouched. It's hard to find such a reliable cleaning service in Hilo. If you want POOR cleaning: chunks left on the floors and counters, hair on the toilet, plus refrigerator dirty, stove not wiped, and WINDOWS not washed- these are the guys for you ! They even LEFT A MASK ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER AND A BOTTLE OF SPRAY SITTING ON THE TOILET WHEN THEY LEFT. These are "PROS " ??? They don't even walk around after the cleaning to make sure they didn't miss anything ! I called them for a vacation rental cleaning, then went there to do a repair shortly after they left and had to clean for 2 hours AFTER THEY LEFT to fix the messes that I listed above, which I expected to be clean. Guests were due any minute.... They supposedly did a DEEP cleaning ( which is NOT what I asked for- I hired them for a rental cleaning , so why didn't they CALL me to ask about a deep clean ????? I would have emphasized that I needed a turnover then , and a deep clean another time), and supposedly wiped down all the walls in my 450 square foot studio , yet they NEVER EVEN WIPED DOWN the wall decor ( or did any of the rest of the cleaning I listed above. Deep cleaning ??? HAH !!!) , WHICH WAS STILL COATED WITH SALT RIGHT AFTER THEY LEFT. THEY CHARGED ME $200 FOR THIS SUPPOSED DEEP CLEANING !!! I called after I got home several hours later to let them know that the place had been left unacceptable , so they offered to do the next time "for free" . Let's see, they had said $75 per clean, which would mean they needed to do 2 more cleanings to earn the $200, and then I would owe them the remaining $...Only 1 cleaning was offered, and when they came to do that ( a month later after my guests left), they left without even touching the windows- AGAIN- so they could have a birthday lunch with the stepmom- and Izek kept checking his watch just about every time I looked over at him ( I was there doing more repairs). I asked them to schedule a third cleaning date before my next guests came, and there was a 2 week gap so I offered 3 dates that would work well for me to meet them there ( I needed to install curtains) and we could go to lunch nearby afterwards . They chose the middle date, then changed that to the DAY OF new guests. OK, a turnaround, shouldn't be a problem as I leave plenty of time between checkout and checkin. Izek said he would schedule nothing else so he wouldn't be "looking at his watch all the time", then on the day of the cleaning, asked if we could meet there earlier than we had scheduled , and told me he would pass on lunch as he had things to do after the cleaning. I told him he could go earlier so he wouldn't feel rushed and have to look at his watch all the time , but I could not get there earlier. He then replied- day of the turnaround with guests coming that same afternoon " I'm gonna just call today off", then refused to answer my calls or texts that I immediately sent to make sure I understood him correctly. I feel RIPPED OFF AND OVERCHARGED for a job they never once completed in THREE scheduled "jobs" ( of which they only did 2). I paid $100 EACH for 2 incomplete cleanings !!!!! Maybe they were good when they started, but they would rather stare at their watches and not clean, now. Burnout ??? I would gladly recommend them to all the people I dislike, but would not do that to anyone I care for... Look at their reviews : the first 2 almost use the same wording. Family ??? Friends put up to write reviews ??? And if they clean as many places as they CLAIM to, why are there only 6 reviews before mine ?? Only posting the positive ones ??? Feel free to respond to this, and I will send photos of the POST CLEANING MESS THEY LEFT. NOT impressed.... read more

As a small business owner, the fact that you couldn't see my review as informative (for you to consider responding accordingly or improving for future people), instead you responded negatively in fact bashing on my son apparently leaving some candy wrappers around, is a very unfortunate sign of your poor business attitude. Furthermore, you claimed you followed my list to a T "but not to my standard"...AND that you didn't clean the master bathroom because we told you not to open the door. I call BS. No need lie braddah, I get the texts. I've been respectful and used my experience guide others abc your response was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Not how you get more business. 1st: you asked for a list of priorities and I gave you one, not cleaning items on that list AT ALL isn't about "my standards" lol there's no standard when it's NOT cleaned. 2nd: we never said don't touch. We locked doors we never like cleaned. YOU told me you ASSUMED not to clean since was closed (wind blew it open) and you also said you never know how many bathrooms we had....even though I request quote AND TOLD YOU how many bathrooms but LOL go ahead and keep blaming the customer for your shoddy work. I tried being productive and helpful (knowledge is power and all you had to do is try to be better (for someone else) next time. But...your style was for blame us lol.
