    I have rented here for two years now and this building is anything but luxurious. They sell you an experience that doesn't exist. The building management is horrible, never available to help with the constant issues. I have experienced everything here from bed bugs, ants, roaches, constant construction noise for two years without warning or any notice to the point where I had to relocate out of my home office for work, elevators are always broken, plumbing requires constant attention, the building has mold everywhere, and there is apparently a fire every month where apartments burn down mysteriously and the fire alarm rings almost three times a week for twenty minutes at a time. I have had to stay out of my apartment for instances of a few days several times throughout the years here and they wouldn't even listen to my request of a rent discount. My apartment has flooded entirely twice, they replaced part of the floors and left the sanded residue all over my apartment and in the heating equipment which they also refused to help me get cleaned or replaced. My apartment has smelled badly and grown mold ever since that they are in denial of. The water has to be shut off almost every other week for repairs that seem to not work. The laundry is also constantly not in service and the management will tell you to call the company to come fix it. On weekends the trash piles up so badly people have to leave it in the hallways and visitor parking is not available. They also lose packages and do not allow deliveries to your door. The building also does not have enough parking available for tenants and is not handicap friendly. Despite many attempts to bring relief to my stay here, the management suggested to "terminate my lease and rent to someone else" rather than attend to my concerns. The staff is unbelievably rude after you sign that lease so don't do it!

    This place is an absolute nightmare. I wish I did not ignore the horrible Yelp reviews before moving here (I was enticed by the amount of space each unit has). It's impossible to get in touch with management- and when you finally do (almost a week later), they promise to take care of the issue and then do nothing. You then have to try to hunt someone down again. This process happens over and over until you give up. So in the end you are dealing with outdated and broken appliances and old heating and AC units that blow out dust and mold causing respiratory issues.

    This is not even a good picture of the floors popping up. It's consistent in every room. Very hazardous!

    ok so I don't really write reviews but felt like i should for these guys. I have 2 properties in NJ…read more(one in kearny area, one further out) and was having a really hard time keeping up with everything especially the compliance stuff which honestly goes over my head half the time. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me

My mother recently passed away, I nearly died myself from sepsis and a heart attack, and after being hospitalized for three weeks, I discovered that my mother's car--one I regularly drove and cherished because it had been in my family for generations--was towed by them at the request of Liberty and Westmont Station. This car, although a 2000 model, has been meticulously maintained since it belonged to my grandmother. It holds immense sentimental value to me. Instead of showing any empathy or basic human decency, Erica at Young and Associates coldly demanded over $1,200--an outrageous sum that I cannot afford as a disabled person--and flat out refused to work with me in any way. She could not care less about my situation, my health, or the fact that this vehicle is one of the last tangible pieces of my family's history. Young and Associates is the perfect example of a predatory towing company--heartless, greedy, and unwilling to treat people with compassion. They don't care if you're sick, grieving, or struggling; all they care about is squeezing money out of you. It absolutely disgusts me that businesses like this are allowed to operate, and I sincerely hope others think twice before ever giving them a dime or allowing them to handle anything of value. Our property manager immediately introduced himself and provided his contact information if he had any questions or issues that needed to be addressed. We had an issue with an unsafe floorboard on our deck, and Martin handled it immediately without any issues . DO NOT (and I cannot stress this enough) DO NOT rent a property managed by these people. for the duration of my rental period my toddler and I have been harassed over (harmless) sidewalk chalk drawings. after years of harassment and after our lot was numbered (meaning each unit had a parking space) we resorted to me moving my car to a visitor spot so she can play with chalk. since the numbered spot is affiliated with my condo and I was required to register my vehicle. yet the harassment has not stopped. most complexes cater to their younger tenants and provide a playground. you'd think that'd be the case since our development is surrounded by busy roads. in addition to this I continue to receive fines for things such as my child's father parking in a VISITOR SPACE upon his visits with our child. these people take no accountability. they prey on children and mothers. their greed fuels them above all else. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
