    If I could give zero stars, I would. Young and Associates--specifically Erica--has shown me nothing…read morebut cruelty and indifference during one of the hardest times of my life. My mother recently passed away, I nearly died myself from sepsis and a heart attack, and after being hospitalized for three weeks, I discovered that my mother's car--one I regularly drove and cherished because it had been in my family for generations--was towed by them at the request of Liberty and Westmont Station. This car, although a 2000 model, has been meticulously maintained since it belonged to my grandmother. It holds immense sentimental value to me. Instead of showing any empathy or basic human decency, Erica at Young and Associates coldly demanded over $1,200--an outrageous sum that I cannot afford as a disabled person--and flat out refused to work with me in any way. She could not care less about my situation, my health, or the fact that this vehicle is one of the last tangible pieces of my family's history. Young and Associates is the perfect example of a predatory towing company--heartless, greedy, and unwilling to treat people with compassion. They don't care if you're sick, grieving, or struggling; all they care about is squeezing money out of you. It absolutely disgusts me that businesses like this are allowed to operate, and I sincerely hope others think twice before ever giving them a dime or allowing them to handle anything of value.     Definitely some pros and cons. Recently use this company to…read morelist a property for sale for one of our long time clients. This company does claim that there are a flat fee listing service. Note that they do not provide any additional service if you select the "flat fee listing service". They simply put your listing on the MLS. Contract negotiations escrow advice are all on your own. Pros: - They are licensed in many different states, so most likely if you want to sell your property by yourself, they most likely are licensed in the state - They do have a website portal that people can log into and see a whole list of all the realtor documents and templates for buying and selling transactions. This did proved to be very helpful. However, I do warn that some of the documents are complicated and if you don't have experience, it might be a little hard to read. - The administrative staff is fairly responsive Monday through Friday 9 to 5 Eastern standard time. Cons: - There is a hidden fine print in the contract: in addition to the flat fee that you pay to list, when you sell your house, this company also charges a 0.1% in commissions. This is not advertised anywhere on their website. Depending how expensive your property is, that 0.1% can be quite a significant amount. - Some of the administrative staff are nice, some of them are impatient, and can be rude. Service is inconsistent. - The forms in the portal are not the most updated versions, many are many years old, and of a much older version. Not sure if the old version is consistent with the current laws. - When you list, you are to fill out this long form containing information about the property on their website, yet the form does not match with the fields in the MLS. This makes it confusing. We have had quite a few experience selling properties and thus we opted for the flat fee listing, for most people the process is a bit complicated to handle on their own.

As a flat fee service, it allows you the flexibility to host open houses, communicate with buyers, and negotiate the best price. We always offered the buyers' agent a commission. Even with paying this commission, we have saved over $110k. We sold homes in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. I cannot emphasize how incredible the savings are. The communication with Continental was always wonderful. I typically communicated through the online portal, and they responded immediately whenever I sent a message. Their team was consistently responsive and supportive. Overall, I highly recommend this service! It's an unbeatable value for anyone looking to sell their home while retaining more of their hard-earned equity. If you're comfortable managing some aspects of the sale yourself, you won't find a better, more cost-effective option!

Our property manager immediately introduced himself and provided his contact information if he had any questions or issues that needed to be addressed. We had an issue with an unsafe floorboard on our deck, and Martin handled it immediately without any issues .     unfortunately I'm unable to give less than one star. due to living costs being high I have been…read morestuck at a condo under this company's management for what is about to be my fourth year. DO NOT (and I cannot stress this enough) DO NOT rent a property managed by these people. for the duration of my rental period my toddler and I have been harassed over (harmless) sidewalk chalk drawings. after years of harassment and after our lot was numbered (meaning each unit had a parking space) we resorted to me moving my car to a visitor spot so she can play with chalk. since the numbered spot is affiliated with my condo and I was required to register my vehicle. yet the harassment has not stopped. most complexes cater to their younger tenants and provide a playground. you'd think that'd be the case since our development is surrounded by busy roads. in addition to this I continue to receive fines for things such as my child's father parking in a VISITOR SPACE upon his visits with our child. these people take no accountability. they prey on children and mothers. their greed fuels them above all else. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
