It's like pulling teeth to get help around here. The office people are the most unfriendliest and disgusting people that work there. I don't know how the manager is even a manager NO PEOPLE SKILLS. I don't know how any of them got a customer service/hospitality job. If you complain to any higher ups is some how comes right back to the office to address it. I give up. I decided now every time I have an issue moving forward I will post it. People have dogs they rent to here do not pick up after their dog. My dogs step in it, they don't care to clean the place. They have a guy hauling a garbage bin and not picking up garbage. I seen him with my own two eyes. Oh and here is a picture of what was left at my front door after they were busy cutting trees all day. No one picked it up. Looks like a fucking crime scene. We are in Elmwood Park! Welcome!!! To the ghetto. DO NOT RENT FROM HRRE!!!! I pay 1800 dollars for a two bedroom that hasn't been updated since 1990. I've had it. Moving on soon! The one star is because the swat team and cops are always here! Feeling pretty protected!

There are so many new and up and coming properties in Bergen County that give you more bang for your buck. They have moved people in with ongoing construction. Many residents complain about their apartment having leaks. None of the appliances work. There is not one "luxury" detail here. Cars have been stolen in the covered parking areas. Residents do not clean up after their dogs. Residents have complained to me that they hear gun shots from the shooting range that is on the property. The building has no number out front so packages are constantly lost. Management send messages on the butterfly app that make you feel like you are residing in a dorm. Constantly telling you they will enter your apartment. Fire alarm goes off daily. Elevator makes this loud screeching sound when ever used. Cops always on property due to residents fighting mind you this property opened Dec 2022. No cameras to see who stole vehicles. Cameras are in front of the building and in common areas (mostly used to stalk residents) No trash cans on property. Peter is rude and mike sends messages with Mike the owner when making threats after you complain. Management question visits if they are on the lease or ask who they are visiting (This is not converge service the building has none). $3200 for a 2 bed 2ba to hear drilling Monday - Saturday from 6a - 6p 6 days a week. Construction workers park any and everywhere. No amenities are available yet. They promised us March 2023. Pool might hold 10 people comfortably when it is finished with construction. Grill area does not exist. "dog walk" is a sh!t show literally no one cleans after their dog. Management wants you to put in work order through them via email instead of maintenance or portal. Save your time and money. Can't wait until my lease is up. They also accept low income housing / Section 8 here. They recently got rid of house keeping so now the maintenance woman has to clean the entire building on top of completing repairs. (They work her like a dog) She does building 300 along with 301 & 400. You will see "Mike the Owner" lurking from the new leasing office in building 300 just watching residents. I will continue to update as time goes on. Hoping other residents write reviews to EXPOSE the BS. I'm almost certain they will have a class action lawsuit for FRAUD!!! Oh and "Mike the Owner" is a lawyer who believes he is above the law perfect fit for a SLUM LORD!!!

Brand new apartment we are the first ones to live here. neighbors are nice. My only issue is the construction going on 6 days a week. it would be nice to not have them work on weekends. #Justsayin'

If something is in need of fixing, they are usually at your apartment within 24 hours. If it's an emergency, they come immediately (they live on premise, so that makes it easier). Centrally located to all major highways! Shop rite is not to far, there's a really great farmers market down the street as well! Bennigans is right across the street, and Midland Bagels is pretty delicious (please check my reviews for both Midland Bagels and Bennigans for more info) Cons: A tad expensive considering they don't have too many amenities (only one assigned parking spot, no gym on premise (which really isn't uncommon for a garden apartment), only two laundry rooms, etc) Laundry room, there are only two, each have 5 washers and 5 dryers (if they are all working, there have been many occasions where there have been multiple not working). No change needed, which is nice, but, you do have a rechargeable card, only problem with that, is that the re-load station is only located in one of the laundry rooms not both, which is a little silly Everything is electric, winter months, especially if very cold, PSE&G gets really expensive! To consider: The grounds are really nice, and it's a really quite complex. Some tenants, have portable grills, that they keep on their front stoop for some delicious grilled meats during the spring and summer months. They should consider putting in a little common area, which could have a few grills and picnic tables! Sometimes you just want a nice grilled steak and to enjoy it outside in the fresh air!

Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... I'm being sarcastic.

I requested they return to finish that section. In the dining room, after they left I noticed that the chandelier hadn't been touched. There was a plumber in that morning that went over time, so I don't fault them at having a delay but they asked for another half hour to finish the kitchen. Many things were cleaned but the floors where they dipped under the cabinets for a few inches looked untouched. The lead said she sprayed degreaser but didn't have time to clean the area - they left 10 minutes earlier than what I paid for. I would prefer they finished the job. The bathroom windows weren't cleaned even though that was a request. I feel like the job should have been quoted instead of an hourly. The team seemed to want to get out of there in lieu of finishing the job properly. When I complained they told me they sent a team of 3 instead of two that was quoted and that had I gotten 2 or would have taken a longer time so I should be happy. The 3 rd person was clearly a trainee or newer as she didn't have initiative and had to keep asking what to do and just standing around waiting for an order. Lastly, I speak some Spanish but there was no English and there was a lot of photo taking and laughter that felt like they were judging the state of my parents home. I had cleaned and organized for a month before hiring them so felt it was in better shape but needed a DEEP cleaning - that to me means getting under the cabinets in the kitchen floor.
