He actually finished in less time than originally quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. Matt was easy to work with, communicated clearly, and did a great job. I waited a few months before writing this review to see if any issues would come up--none have. Both cars have been running perfectly since. I'm very happy with the work and would definitely return here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I cannot emphasize…read moreenough the excellent customer service provided by Mobile Essences. A few months ago I had an after market rear view mirror and blind spot detectors installed in my 2006 Honda Element. They were extremely professional and courteous and I was very happy with how things turned out. That alone deserved an excellet review and I am remiss in getting that posted. It's what happened afterwards that makes them a standout. In a nutshell: 1. Work done at Mobile Essences in June 2. Car would not start on Saturday Aug. 8 and I was unable to wait till Monday to go to my regular trusted mechanic, so I went to a chain auto service store and they replaced the 4 month old battery. 3. Car died again 2 days later and they blamed the issue on the wiring of my new rearview camera. 4. This was Wed. and once again I was in a situation where I absolutely needed the car on Friday. I contacted Mobile Essences and asked for their help. They completely dropped everything to help me and said they would look at it immediately. After a thorough inspection, they determined the aftermarket wiring was not the cause. Because they knew I was in a bind, Caleb did some extra troubleshooting, pinpointed the actual issue, and then took it upon himself to call the chain store on my behalf. He called them out for charging me a $189 diagnostic fee while missing the real problem, told them exactly what part needed replacement, and strongly suggested they not charge me for any more diagnostics. That was way over and above what he needed to do. As someone who "doesn't speak car," I would have had no idea how to advocate for myself. I have no doubt Caleb's intervention saved me from being taken advantage of. 5. When I went to pick up my car and asked what I owed, Caleb told me there was no charge. They spent significant time troubleshooting a problem they didn't cause, all to help a customer in need. Mobile Essences puts integrity and customer service above everything else. Look no further for vehicle customization.

If you want lower end or cheapest stereo or stuff go somewhere else, that is NOT what they do at Mobile Essences. This is mid level to upper level components and install business. If you want to spend $400 on a system go to Walmart, if you want to spend a couple grand (or more) on a top shelf system this is the place to go!

Tint job causes light refraction on the rear window…read more Tried multiple times to work with Jeremy for a resolution only to be told this was normal and there is nothing he can do. This problem appears to be fairly common when cheap tint is used on certain model cars, but not every car. Doing some research showed this happens on the Tesla Model 3, certain BMW's, and Camry's. (as well as many other cars) The fix for the issue has been using a high quality tint, that is thinner, and lays flat across the defrost line. LLumar Formula One Pinnacle Series tint has fixed this issue 100% of the time, confirmed by two separate tinting shops that I have brought my car to. When asking Jeremy if he would consider using LLumar Formula One Pinnacle tint, I was told its too expensive, he's not going to buy a whole roll of it to have sitting around. The only resolution Jeremy has offered is to rip off my tint, which he explained has a very high chance of ruining my defrost, which he made clear he will not be responsible for, and using another cheap film, but only darker, to hope I won't notice the refraction as much. Or to tint 5% over my existing tint, essentially just masking the problem.
