I appreciate the offerings, the variety, good flavors, etc. The menu changes weekly or monthly, so this is an active menu that offers diversity. If the restaurant wants to be a fine dining restaurant, I can see them going in that direction. Otherwise, they could stay as they are and continue using the unique grill flavors.
