Had a great first experience at 110 grill at the brand new south coast plaza in Fall River. The bread we started with was amazing - the garlic butter - yumzola! We shared apps for dinner - tater tot poutine, spinach and artichoke dip and a pepperoni flat bread. All we really good. But the star of the show was the dessert - caramelized banana Nutella flatbread which they split into two plates for us. We definitely will be back! read more

Just very disappointed with this restaurant. They announced that they are offering food for free for the veterans, and the ones on-duty on Veterans Day. When I checked at the "special menu", They are only offering half of the food. Serious? I think they should respect more those that sacrifice their lives and they families to keep us safe. read more

We picked the 110 Grill as it was located next to the cinema, but also because it looked good. And good it was. The restaurant is nice and spacious, and the waitress was most welcoming. We had nachos for starter, and a burger and fish & chips for mains, and they were good, but nothing exceptional. At the cinema they had mentioned a 10% discount for moviegoers, which we had mentioned when sitting down, but when the bill came, no discount, so keep that in mind when you dine there. read more

This is a tough review for me to write. I wanted 110 Grill to be an awesome experience for a night out with some friends. However the lack of service really make it into an "eh" night out. Lets start with first impressions: Southcoast Marketplace is beautiful and 110 Grill is no exception. The decor inside is modern and elegant, the outdoor fire pit and seating will hopefully make it a go to spot this summer and the location is obviously perfect since its a great spot to hit up before or after a movie. Upon walking in I was amazed at how nice it looked. I've never been to a 110 Grill before but I guess I expected something similar to Pub 99 or Applebee's. This place is definitely a step up from both. Don't get me wrong though you can totally dress casual. This isn't an all out formal restaurant. We walked in around 8pm and noticed the restaurant wasn't packed at all. There were maybe 15 people there however, there wasn't any hostess at the door. We were patient and waited. A blonde waitress walked by a couple of times, setting tables but didn't even acknowledge us until we made eye contact. Then she said "our hostess will be right with you". Now we've been waiting a good 5 minuets and it seemed kind of odd she couldn't just seat us. My girlfriend, who used to work at a restaurant said that waiters/waitresses are suppose to help out the host when it's busy. It would've taken her just a second to seat us, however we continued to wait. Other members of the team walked by and looked but didn't do anything. Finally, a taller gentleman with a button up (who I assumed was the manager) came out from the kitchen and said "Have you guys been helped yet?" and we said "Nope." Finally, he sat us. I say we waited a good 8-10 minuets to be seated on a Wednesday night. Other folks who came in after us experienced the same situation and walked up to the bar asking if they could have a table instead. Clearly they need to either hire a hostess or get one that stays put. After being seated, we got a look at the menu and boy was it mouth-watering. They have a great selection of food ranging from wings and burgers to pasta and seafood, to vegetarian options. Their apps were to die for. Their drink menu was a little small in my opinion and could've used some more speciality cocktails but their sangria was what we settled for. We waited for someone to come up and help us but it seemed like nobody knew we were there again. We waited a good 15 min until our waiter Joseph came over to help. He apologized for the wait and said "Sorry! I didn't know this was my table. We must've sent a few folks home tonight." (that would explain a lot, however why does this place close at 10pm and they're sending folks home at 8? I think they should actually stay open longer, at least until 11! Their bar is pretty nice and I wouldn't mind a late night drink there). We didn't mind and told him it wasn't his fault. We ordered our drinks and apps and waited for him to return which was another 15 min! I'm sorry but to get drinks for 5 people that is way to long! The apps themselves took roughly the same time! Why didn't he bring our drinks over QUICKLY so that way we would have them by the time the apps came out? So far, we weren't impressed at all by the service. Once the apps came out, we ordered our food and the rest of our experience went pretty smoothly. The food was delicious. I do have to say that it did make up for the time we spent waiting for everything. We had a cheese & meat platter that was AMAZING (it was a special, although I think they should keep it permanently) along with the crab rangoon dip to start (which was great). Then we all had something a bit different. I tried their shrimp & clam pasta and it was pretty good. It could've used a bit more lemon but overall I'd have it again. We even finished the night with a strawberry shortcake which had to be one of the best shortcakes I've had at a restaurant. So the verdict? We will definitely be returning. I can't judge the service of a place on ONE NIGHT and, after all, the food was amazing. Sure, things could've been faster but hey, maybe something was happening that we didn't know about. I do wish our first impression was a bit better and we were seated faster but thats ok. Joseph isn't to blame for the wait, he was very kind and friendly but they should really get their workflow in place here. Someone needs to be at door greeting folks, someone needs to get the drinks faster and then everything would be 5 STARS! If we return anytime soon, I'll update my review but for now this place gets 3 stars, leaving some room for improvement. read more

This restaurant is my new favorite. I'm so happy there's a wonderful dining experience right down my street. Tonight my sister and i had the pleasure of being served by Brett and he was funny, knowledgeable, and very charismatic. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! We sat outside next to the fire pit and had a great dinner of lobster rolls. The food is made fresh and the drinks and dessert were delicious. Our first time we had a different server and she was great as well. I love this place and every employee has been just the best. Definitely going to be a regular here! We had 7:00 reservations(Saturday night) but arrived early at 6:30. The hostess told us she would seat us at 7. No problem, we went to the bar and had a drink. 7 came and went and my husband checked back in, told me he thought she forgot about us but said she would find us a table. Meanwhile we saw other couples being seated. She never once updated us, despite walking by us multiple times as we sat in plain view of her at the bar. We asked the bartender for menus and ended up eating there. Food was good (although my Caesar salad came without the chicken but I was too hungry to send it back) and atmosphere was good but the service here is definitely lacking. read more

Tried 110 Grill tonight, Enjoyable evening, great service very customer focused. My server was Caroline she was great very friendly and offered various suggestions. I enjoyed the 110 salad it was very good and fresh. I also had a flatbread for my entree. I'd recommend them for an app but your main course. I also had an amazing drink called the Barbados Chai Tea, It's like iced tea meets a mojito. Definitely recommend. The garlic butter that comes with the table bread is tasty. First time at the 110, atmosphere is top notch but wish I could say the same about the food. I started with the Asian calamari which looked good but had no taste and very chewy probably over cooked...had to soak them in the sweet chili sauce just to get a taste of something. Next was the bison wings, great looking, juicy, and a barbecue sauce that was amazing..great wing. Last and most disappointing was the pulled pork sandwich.. just stay away from it!! With the amount of ingredients in it you would think it would be tasteful, but it was like eating a pile of cardboard..the only thing i could taste were the pickles..such a bad sandwich.. gave 2 stars for the wings and atmosphere..dont think I will be returning read more

I had the best experience at the 110 Grill for my birthday. This restaurant has probably one of the best Gluten Free I have ever seen and the food is absolutely delicious. Our waitress Denise was absolutely fabulous and fun, which made our evening out just that much more special. Being someone who works in Providence, leads me to miss out on a lot of great food where I live because I often gravitate towards places around my job for dinner. When I heard about 110, I was super excited! It's great to see all the new business in Fall River (where I actually live). After mixed reviews on Facebook, I was curious and eager. I'm typically easier to please than everyone I know, so I had no doubt that I'd love it. The restaurant is really great looking! It was really quiet so we were able to sit down right away. After being seated by the host, it took the waitress about 20 mins to realize that we were never assigned a server. She offered to get us drinks and find someone to help our table (she eventually ended up taking over the table). We started off with a pitcher of Wild Berry Sangria which was great, and, unfortunately, the only redeeming part of the night. After being told they did not have the meal I initially I ordered, we opted for the ribeye and a turkey burger. Both were pretty okay. I've definitely had worse, so it wasn't the end of the world. When it came time for the bill, we were charged an additional $30, and we had to flag down staff to have this fixed. Not even sure how that happens, but I'm glad we noticed. Once we flagged them down again for a pen, we signed our checks and left and were never told goodbye or thanked, which was unusual. It was also odd that we never received an apology about being forgotten in the beginning or the issues with the check. Overall, it wasn't a great experience. Having just opened, perhaps they just need to work out a lot of things on the operational side. read more

Three stars because the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. My friend and I started with the nachos which were really good, different than the typical nachos you get at a pub, she got steak tips with mashed potatoes and she liked her meal. I got a salad and it was drowning in a bland dressing, they were very kind and removed it from the bill. I had two just ok fall sangrias, my friend had one red sangria that she loved...the bill was almost $90 but definitely not nearly worth it. Ever since the plaza where 110 is located has be redeveloped. It has become our new favorite place to frequent. The waitstaff is always soo kind and informative, and the food always 5 star! For starters, I always go right for the crab Rangoon dip, and my husband gets the wings. For entrees at our last visit. We decided to mix things up and order dinner for each other. For him, I played it safe and ordered him the pulled pork Mac and cheese. In return I was served the shrimp and clam linguini. DELICIOUS!!!! The dish was bursting with flavor and the portion was very filling for me. I don't think my husband tasted his though, because I blinked and he was finished. On the car ride home, he said it is his new favorite dish. If you have room though, check out their desserts. The key lime pie is out of this world!!! read more

During my last visit, Joseph did not let the inclement weather dampen his persona, and made my visit comfortable. We have quickly become regulars here. Just sit in the high booths near the kitchen and watch the food come out. With Dan the manager watching with a careful eye at everything that comes out. You won't be able to decide what to have. Our favorites for appetizers are the firecracker Shrimp and the Crab Rangoon dip. All of the sandwiches that we have tried have been wonderful. Our favorites are the Chicken Cordon Blue and The steak sandwich and the burgers. We are still trying different dinner items but the bourbon steak tips are to die for. They have one brand that they make and bring out at every meal. And don't let me forget if you like a warm gooey grilled cheese and tomato soup when we were not feeling good last week we went and had that for the second time so good! The servers are wonderful and anytime we have a question or anything that we need help with Dan and his staff make sure that they do everything they can help us. You won't be disappointed everything is made from scratch and they have special menus if you need to eat gluten-free or have allergies to specific foods. We have had dinner here twice and have had very uneven meals. Service has been very good each time and the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. A family member is gluten free and there is a whole menu devoted to food allergies and the food is cooked separately. Cocktails and beers have been nice as well. Now down to the food! Very pricey for the quality. My mother in law had a pasta and shrimp entree with tiny, overcooked shrimp and unappetizing gluten free pasta. My husband had a nice Cobb salad with an add on of salmon which was poached and flavorless. His French onion soup however was quite good. My son had steak tips and I had meatloaf which were also very good. Veggies and mashed potatoes nicely prepared. On our last visit about half the meals were good and the others passable. For an appetizer we had the Calamari, which was fine. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad. My meal, however was delicious! I had the chimichurri steak and it was cooked perfectly!
