To my dismay, the shoes were returned to me without the original box and dust bag! The shop owner insisted it's their policy to not keep boxes/ dust bags due to space and I would have been notified of this at the time of my selling. These items add value to resale items and I NEVER would've voluntarily let them be tossed in the garbage. Had I known this policy, I would've taken them home just in case the shoes didn't sell. On top of this, I found out the shoes were priced to sell at the shop for more than I had originally paid for them! Of course they wouldn't sell at a crazy inflated price! Everything in this store is overpriced for the used junk that it is.

We ordered a…read morecustom suit 3 months in advance and made 10 or more trips to the store for fittings, expecting that the extra time and attention would result in a properly made suit. Unfortunately, the original suite was altered so many times that it looked worse each time we returned. Despite all the fittings and alterations, the suit had to be scrapped, and they ran out of time to make another one. They even lost a pair of pants we needed altered too!!!! What was even more troubling was that the owner ultimately tried to give us clothing from the back room and a NON custom suit while still charging us for a custom made suit. That was completely unacceptable and not what we paid for. The customer service was equally disappointing. We did not see or hear from the original salesman after the first visit. On one visit, while we were there dealing with ongoing problem with the suit, the owner helped someone else, who simply walked in and left us waiting for 45 minutes, we found this extremely rude and disrespectful, especially considering how much time and money my entire family had already invested. A custom clothing experience should involve professionalism and respect for all customers. Unfortunately , we expereinced none of those. We gave this business more than enough time and opportunities to make things right and instead the experience was extremely frustrating right before our daughter's wedding. We would NOT recommend this business!!!!! The service and workmanship should be substantially better!!!!!!

It's somewhat ridiculous how much I'll spend on good lounging gear, but considering the cold climates in Michigan, it's an excellent excuse. The store is located next to my other favorite store west elm. The space is somewhat sizable with their signature lodge cabin look and fixtures and nesting tables filled with warm, cozy goodness. They also have a great sale section towards the back which is always a good idea to check out, and they of course have their 'impulse buys' aka socks near the register. I'm a sucker for thick socks and they carry a good variety of over the knee and leg warmers in a variety of fun colors and patterns. A fun store to stop into when in the area.

I have only bought workout hooded sweaters from here in the past, always good, solid quality threads. Will outlast most relationships. :)
