To my dismay, the shoes were returned to me without the original box and dust bag! The shop owner insisted it's their policy to not keep boxes/ dust bags due to space and I would have been notified of this at the time of my selling. These items add value to resale items and I NEVER would've voluntarily let them be tossed in the garbage. Had I known this policy, I would've taken them home just in case the shoes didn't sell. On top of this, I found out the shoes were priced to sell at the shop for more than I had originally paid for them! Of course they wouldn't sell at a crazy inflated price! Everything in this store is overpriced for the used junk that it is.

Side note: I had my ears pierced several decades ago as a kid but I let them close up as I was always playing sports at the time and never kept the earrings in. Anyways, Aubrey went first and had such a great experience that I had no problem going next... and my friend Sloan added a piercing after me. We were all super pleased with our piercings and enjoyed the clean, colorful store, earing selection and more. I'll add some pics and videos from our experience and want to also share the "Shine Manifesto" that is on the cute bag they give you at checkout: 1 - We celebrate 2 Who? I see Rowan shops popping up everywhere lately and with good reason. Highly recommend! Thanks again, Tori and team!
