Her manner in which she talked to my daughter and to me as a paying customer was probably the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. As an active member in the dance community this is not a place that I could recommend or would have my child return to to purchase additional dance wear, etc. Being kind (or basically just decent) goes a long way. A paying customer does not deserve sarcasm, eyerolls or rudeness. It was bizarre!

Every other store we went in that day the workers said Hi, how are you girls today, anything you need help with, etc. Not looking for anything major if your in the middle of something but a quick Hi is not much to ask when someone enters your shop. On another note - I took a bunch of Loft items in excellent condition a few years back and they basically only took a couple of items stating some of them were out of date (they were not even 2 years old and am I supposed to only wear something a year then give away in order for a consignment shop to take them) yet they take brands like Old Navy and all the Target brands. Would not waste my time going here again.

Due to our wedding being top secret and my mother passing away, I flew solo to this appointment. I didn't think I'd get the full bride experience or have any connection to a gown. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Cheryl made me feel extremely welcome and got right down to business. I started by telling her my preferences, what size I have been in bridesmaids dresses & my normal pant size, and my price point. As soon as I told her I was a size 14-16 in dresses, she flat out told me I wasn't. I didn't believe her until she PROVED IT! I also told her I wasn't into form-fitting dresses and loved an open back. She put me in the styles I preferred and I thought I found 'it.' But then...Cheryl threw in a little twist. I said YES to a dress I would have NEVER picked for myself or envisioned myself in. I even shed a tear. This woman has a GIFT. Also, back to the price point. I am a frugal shopper and pride myself on being a coupon queen. I refuse to pay full price for anything. Not that I'm a haggler; but I prefer to put cash towards other things life has to offer and discounts allow that to happen. Sure enough, Cheryl did it again! This gown was originally priced at (I think) $1699 but marked down to $999!!!! This place has the most amazing gowns, tremendous and accommodating staff; and won't break the bank. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The girls that worked there were sweet and friendly and put up with me and my girlfriends who were in town to shop. They had initial necklaces and rings that I wanted to purchase but I had already reached my limit on what I was going to buy that day. I would make this a regular stop if I lived close by to see what new items they have on their shelves. They also had a large sale section that I did not even go through because as mentioned above I'm pregnant but when this little man comes out I would love to see what they have in store.
