I have watched Ryan from the outside build this into a Beautiful hard working/Classy/Professional Business. He and his staff are very meticulous, to assure you are extremely happy when you pick up your car/truck. They have a huge Menu for just about any need(s). Ryan does not know I am posting this, I was looking for a new DR. and this popped up, so def. had to send a Referral. https://eliteautoworksca.com Elite Auto Works CA 4.9 91 Google reviews Car detailing service in North Highlands, California Address: 4555 Auburn Blvd #5, Sacramento, CA 95841 Hours: Closed Opens 9AM Phone: (916) 693-1071 Appointments: eliteautoworksca.com

As someone who has experienced cancer and have had several important people pass in my life due to cancer, it meant a lot to me to support a local business who has common values. I had been looking for a place to tint the windows of my red 2022 Model 3 Tesla for awhile. It was great I could get both services done at the same time. I had emailed Ryan and he was super prompt and helpful. I have a crazy schedule and he dealt with my multiple requests and schedule changes. Josh helped me pick the right level of tint and walked me through the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I picked the 3M Ceramic IR tint ($600). I had to change my pick up date and time several times. Ryan and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their lightening fast responses and call backs, were much appreciated. The results were absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to fix all my horrible scratches and dings. My car looks better than new and the tint work is impeccable. They tinted all the way to the edge. It was perfect. I cannot recommend a better place to get tint or coating done. I will be recommending Elite to everyone I know! Thank you for supporting our community and doing such a fabulous job on "Ruby"

Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

Genesis Window Tinting - Cybertruck Wraps - PPF and Vinyl

I originally came to Genesis Window Tinting to get some basic information on doing a Full PPF,…read morepossibly Stealth XPEL, and ended up becoming a returning customer. I went into the store and was greeted by Lennie (sorry if I misspelled it!). She was very personable and friendly, and she would recognize me at later visits which made the experience of using Genesis amazing and like catching up with an old friend. I told her what I was thinking about and she grabbed Sid, the store manager (I think), who walked with me back to the car. Sid is incredibly knowledgeable and upfront. I told him what I was thinking and he gave me some options on what I could do. Initially looking at the XPEL Stealth, he demonstrated on my car what it could look like by placing a small strip of it. He pointed out the little, specks of sparkle in the grey paint of my car that made it unique and expressed that putting the stealth on the car will remove that. I ended up changing my mind and went with the Llumar Valor PPF which had integrated ceramic coating, more neutral PPF color tone that accentuated the sparkle in the OEM paint, and added the Windshield skin to protect the OEM windshield (much cheaper than later replacing the full OEM windshield + calibration). Sid did not pressure me for these options nor felt like a salesman. He gave me the information and I led myself to the natural decision of what I wanted for my car. (Was very close to getting a green PPF wrap, but the OEM colour is too good!) Dealing with Genesis was incredibly personable and upfront. Sid answered my questions about price ranges of PPF jobs that I've seen online, walked me through the process, and was very communicative. I even asked about lower priced competitors and their closest competitor in Yelp ratings. He did not badmouth them, and even complimented their competitor for doing great jobs on the cars he's seen. That integrity is what sold me on using Genesis. I didn't even go to their competitor when I had originally planned to because the service was that good. Anyway. Genesis is awesome and I recommend them for future PPF jobs and tinting services!

He carefully explained their tint options and highlighted the quality of their Pinnacle ceramic film. After the call, he emailed me a detailed email outlining everything we discussed with a price quote and a good-better-best breakdown. At the appointment, the team was incredibly patient and took their time walking me through the options again. What stood out most was their willingness to show me cars similar to mine so I could visually compare tint levels before deciding. They're clearly Tesla specialists and are very familiar with my car. The workmanship is flawless. Since getting the Pinnacle ceramic tint installed, I've noticed a huge improvement in heat reduction. Couldn't be happier with the results or the service.

I received other quotes but they were either competitive and "dry" in personality/care to schedule or simply outlandish in cost. I decided to go to Bryan and was sent the invoice for deposit. We set an appointment and met at his shop in Rocklin. Patrick, his installer, was equally as professional and passionate about the work they did. The clear PPF on the front bumper was done well that I decided to go back the following week to complete the front end. The rear that I did not get PPF, was ceramic coated and the car looks fabulous! I'm extremely satisfied with all our interactions, the cost, warranty and care that was put forth. I will definitely use this business again for additional PPF needs, tinting, etc. This is a veteran owned business and I'd highly recommend the craftsmanship!

I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself.

From the minute I reached out, their consultancy game was next level. They walked me through every step: color options, design, installation strategy, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting. Their customer service felt personal, not like just another job ticket. When they wrapped my E46 in Laguna Seca Blue, the execution blew me away. The finish is absolutely flawless: seams, edges, curves, everything is perfect. I live in San Diego and drove my car all the way to Wrapspec's shop in Rancho Cordova to get the work done. It was worth every mile. I had done my homework, I got quotes from wrap shops all over California, and no one matched the quality and price that Wrapspec offered for a full vinyl wrap. Since then, everywhere I go people stop me and ask, "Who did that wrap?" They notice how clean and sharp it looks. I am proud to say that is thanks to Tony, Matt, Rachel, and the whole Wrapspec crew. But do not let the vinyl wrap be all they are known for. These guys are a full service shop. Mechanical work? They are on it with diagnostic, repair, and calibration. Design questions? They will help you flesh your ideas out. Building a car, pulling it apart, custom decals, flooring, they do all of it. They are certified in wraps, they use top tier materials, and they back up their work with knowledge. If you ask anyone on their team, they will give you the right answer, not a shrug or "I'll check." In short: Consultancy and communication: 11/10 Service and craftsmanship: unmatched Speed and reliability: lightning fast and solid Price: best I found in all of California Attention to detail: impeccable 10/10 service. I will absolutely go back to them for every vehicle, every wrap, every design project. If you want a shop that does not cut corners, gives you top tier care, and delivers show car results, Wrapspec is it.
