He has physical examples of the stain options on wood, which I found valuable when attempting to visualize the potential result on my fence. He set honest expectations, and offered to address two minor repair-type issues he noticed free of charge. He's affordable and competitive in pricing as it relates to the quality of product used, and the work put into the project. He worked with me over a notoriously problematic rainy spring period, but he found appropriate dry windows to complete the project and I couldn't be happier with the result!

Tried to support a small business who provided a reasonable quote and did decent work. However, jokes on us because we had to pay 5000$ to fix fire damages after he caught our backyard and neighbors backyard and multiple trees on fire due to lack of safety practices. He did not have a welding spotter, did not have a water source, or fire extinguisher. Zach refused to pay ANYTHING toward to the damages after repeatedly IN WRITING promised us that he would make it right. Save yourself the headache and hire someone reputable and with insurance. *Multiple certified arborists came to review the damage from the fire. The conclusion was that several trees need to be replaced and treated. The 5000$ was a conservative invoice of damages.

Now about a month in a half later our fence is leaning, the doors are tilted, and there are gaps in the pickets of a board on board fence. No, where to be found. It has and still is impossible to get a return call. I believe the number I call was a personal cellphone, being used as a home based office. It seems like this company is a rip off. Beware of this company, Zach and his company are not as prominent or upstanding as they say. So, what I learned about this company through my experience with the owner himself and his company, is to stay away. If there is a problem with your fence, they fix, they will run, hide, ignore your calls and act is if they do not know you, but he knew the almighty green dollar bills. And for this I CHOOSE NOT TO RATE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT STAR QUALITY, not of even a quarter of a star. It's so sad, you try to hire someone in your community to keep the money within & this is the results you get from greedy hungry SMALL business owners, such has Zach.
