Ray came out right away and provided an estimate. His workers came out and fixed all the holes and did a great job. Ray was even able to match the paint perfectly and his team installed a rubber snake on the decorative ledge near the largest hole they fixed to deter the woodpecker from coming back. I had a relatively small job for which I needed a mason, but needed this mason to perform detailed…read moreand careful work to fix an issue which my home builder left for me to deal with. This builder was First Texas Homes, by the way. And the home warranty furnished by StrucSure did nothing to help. The firm said, "nope, no problem here!" When clearly you can see the builder screwed up either the foundation forms or when framing the house. The exterior wall brick for one side was completely set OFF of the foundation, so it would be only a matter of time before the brick sagged, cracked, and possibly would bring the whole exterior wall with it. This is what I needed fixed - I needed the mason to remove the existing poor scab work, put in lintels to reinforce the brick wall to the foundation, and do a better scab job to cover the lintels. Eliut's team did a tremendous job. They took their time and made all of the necessary precision cuts to the lintels and cinder blocks to fix this ridiculous issue. When I first called, he responded right away, looked at the issue the next day, understood my main structural concern, texted me all the details, and had his team do the job two days later. I was blown away. He also allowed me to pay with Zelle, which made things super easy. Highly recommended.

I had high hopes for this group as the owner seemed to be very knowledgeable and excited to do the…read morework, I had the company, Install drainage, a new sprinkler system, driveway and sod. To keep this review short and sweet - the end result was not worth the what I paid. The sprinkler system still does not work properly, it has had several breaks and does not hit the lawn properly. Although they have come out once or twice to repair, the issues are only resolved temporarily. The did they installed looks great apart from the pieces they replaced (after it died). Those pieces of sod are not the same type of grass I paid for. The drainage seems to work but the sump pump has had some issues. The driveway could have been better. it's already cracking and I'll need to get an engineer to determine the cause. my suspicion is that it was not properly compacted before the pour. I know for a fact the rebar in it is not elevated or properly tied. I asked them to pull permits on the drive and they did not. Although they give a good price, save yourself the headache.

He did everything by himself, It took him several days to do everything because he told us that his workers were on another project. Everything was going well, until the end. We realized that there were parts of the grass where the color was not the same. It seemed like he had run short on grass and he took parts of what he had left over from another project and put it in my house. I told him that there was a difference and he said that it had to be brushed. I went to Home Depot and bought a big brush and every day I brushed it and nothing happened. My wife and I called him and he said he would fix it; I never came. I texted him again on April 24 and since then, I haven't heard of him (we text him weekly). He gosthed me and my wife; after he said he would never do that. Now we have a turf with different colors and we thought he was an honest person we can trust, but that was not the case. If you want a company that doesn't care about quality and a contractor who disappears when paid, this is definitely your company.
