    DAMAGED JACKET

    PART 2 OF REVIEW-PLEASE SEE PART 1 FIRST A man who I had never seen before but was tasked with fixing the mistake brought my jacket over and told me that in the process of removing the letters the fabric had been damaged. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICTURES. I was furious. I told him that I was not specifically angry at him because he was not the one who made the original 2 mistakes but that at this point, I had a right to be angry at everyone in the shop. The woman who I originally dealt with said "I'm not taking responsibility because I didn't make the mistake." Totally disgusted, I asked for the $20 I paid to have the letters put on the jacket. I was told there is a "NO REFUND POLICY". HOW CAN YOU HAVE A "NO REFUND POLICY" WHEN YOU'RE THE ONE WHO NOT ONLY MADE A MISTAKE, TWICE, PLACEING THE LETTERS BUT HAVE NOW DAMAGED THE JACKET?? It was at this point that I realized that I had paid this "business" $20 to ruin my jacket and waste a month and a half of my time. I took my jacket and left. As me and my friend walked down the block, the women in the store chased us down. I'm thinking-ok, she is going to try to make things right. Nope. She says "I realized that you were filming me-don't out me on social media!" INCREDIBLE! A few days later I decided to write this review and this Yelp page was created. I stood outside of 109 Embroidery to take a picture of the storefront to post with my review and the owner came out. He said to me "I see your taking pictures; just remember we all live around here; I know where you are and you know where I am". I told him that I had no idea what that meant and walked away. I hope that the owners and employees of 109 Embroidery read this review and realize that when someone pays you to perform a service and you make a mistake-not once, not twice but three times-you can't stand by a "NO REFUND" policy. All I wanted was my $20 back. This review is here because you have no idea what customer service is, how to run a business and how to take responsibility for your mistakes. You are the reason for this review-not me. I also suggest you read your Google reviews as I am not the only one that has had a bad experience at your shop.

    My shirts were professionally done within one hour. The service was professional and I'm happy with the quality of the prints on the shirt.

    I just wanted to take a moment to say that Shamus (not sure if I spelled that right) at Big Frog…read morewas exceptional at helping customers yesterday. He addressed everyone that walked in and the place was packed. He kindly offered directions and solutions based on everyone's needs in line. I got my shirts designed and ordered in a few minutes. It was a simple project, but we designed based on what fonts were readily available and got it done. I was really impressed with his work ethic and professionalism.. I would work with him any time on any projects. Big Frog has helped with tons of our endeavors I'm part of. Girl Scouts, Public School Functions, New York Junior League, Texas Exes.... Anytime I refer friends to this company, they circle back with "thank you for the referral! Fast service and great printed apparel!" I just love helpful people that deliver. They work at Big Frog.

All I wanted to do was order a T-shirt from an organization I love, but after increasingly nasty comments, I decided to cancel the order. I copied the organization, and hope, they will find another vendor to make their merchandise. All he had to do was say, I'm sorry that our website was not as clear as it should be. Since I wanted the t-shirt, and even expected a shipping charge, I would have kept the order. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever seen.
