UPDATE: I reported them to the major and city manager along with the health department. They refuse to wear masks and they don't respect those that choose to wear them! I never once saw anyone clean a table and they still use shared menus. This makes me question the cleanliness and safety of this establishment! Don't be fooled by the outside charm of this place! The wait staff is awful! They believe you can protect yourself from covid-19 by sheer will. Our wait idiot refused to wear a mask even though we made it clear it was important to us. She continued to come right up to us and my grand babies after we explained to her that it is a mandate to wear a mask in this county because it is a hotspot for covid-19. I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend this restaurant to anyone I know or meet. read more

Found 107 on Google maps and asked the hotel staff about it. She highly recommended it. 107 is unique in that it is actually an open air beer garden between two buildings about you would never have guessed it. Had a beer and catfish. Beer was refreshing and the catfish was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Next time I'm in Paris I will go back. read more

Driving thru and found this place on yelp, super fun atmosphere and awesome service. Now let's talk about the food... I had the fried green tomato BLT and the hubs had a regular cheese burger! Delicious! Perfect fry on the tomatoes in my sandwich, great choice on the hoogie roll, spicy mayo with the right amount of spice!! The "regular" cheeseburger was a hand formed, flat top grilled patty, the hubs got the spicy mayo on that too! I tried a beer in a bottle (they brought with a koozie) and a cider on tap. Fried green tomato BLT sounds really good and we wouldn't pass up the opportunity to try something different/new. Amazing place!! We have been going since they opened. We were a little worried when they sold it. We were afraid it wouldn't be as good. Thankfully they didn't change the good (popular) items on the menu. The loaded nachos are great. Salmon is fantastic. Stephen is the Best! Good selection of beer. Steaks are good. I could honestly go with three or four stars on this place. First time here after hearing about it for the last nine months. I love the inside/outside architecture and found it had just enough air movement to keep it from being uncomfortable. The food was fine, I had nachos and the wife had fish tacos. Tacos were not as good as the nachos. Bar has a number of options in the beer and wine categories, so not for me. It's loud when crowded. Stopped by for lunch on Friday after Thanksgiving. We were looking for a place that was easily accessible for my daughter who uses a wheelchair and was dog friendly. This was it! The place was busy but we were seated quickly. The menu is great. We had okra tacos, fried green tomatoes, quesadillas and chicken strips. All were very good. My husband and I went there this past week while we were in Paris. We enjoyed the atmosphere and it was a decent place to go and eat. We got the fried green beans for an appetizer and enjoyed those. My husband would give them a four on this particular appetizer and I would pretty much have to agree with that. He said they were crispy, not greasy, and we both felt they tasted fresh. I was not overly thrilled with the dipping sauce they provided, but they did bring me some ranch dressing which I thought was better than some I've had, but definitely not the best I've ever had. I got their Tuna Nachos on Wonton Chips. It looked really good, but the waitress actually took it back to the kitchen and brought me a new plate of it with the sauces on the side. I did not like the sauces that were on these nachos and the first batch was overwhelming with that taste. She was very nice about it and responded when my husband let her know I wasn't overly thrilled with them after she asked us how we were enjoying our dinner. There was a part of me that hated sending them back, but there's no way I would've really enjoyed those with the sauces. I did bring a bulk of it home and used my husband's sweet ginger sauce on it and it tasted MUCH better. I actually think if they used a sauce along this line, that it would enhance the flavor of this particular dish. My husband's hamburger was surely plentiful in size, however, he said it looked better than it tasted. He said " It was average tasting for a bacon cheeseburger and there wasn't a lot of flavor to it." Overall, I think we had an enjoyable time and would probably go there again. Great place to have a unique beer and grub on some awesome food. Restaurant is great between 6pm-10pm because they don't have a roof! So there is a nice warm breeze like you're on a patio. We came in an a waitress told us to sit anywhere and pointed at an empty section. We sat and waited 10-15 min. She never returned to take our drink order or give us a menu even after she was waiting on the table next to us. We had been looking forward to eating there for a few months. B: Moving from Austin Texas to Paris we have found ourselves some what limited to the restaurant high quality experiences. But I'm here writing this review for 107 with a very high regard! Lets start with the service shall we! We found some very nice seating and was greeted by 3 servers, so far so good! I do forget the name of our server throughout our visit unfortunately, but he was absolutely amazing! Kind, attentive even though he was so busy, He still had time to take care of all of our needs! The wine was amazing. And what a selection they had of an overwhelming amount of beverages! We had the garlic fries for a starter, they were amazing with real minced garlic( unlike many other places that do garlic powder. Then I had the lunch special of the battered fish and chips which was phenomenal! My lovely wife and mother in law had the chicken salads which were amazing as well! I was in town for a night, and found this place on Yelp. The menu intrigued me so I went with 4 other family members. I got fish & chips. The other entrees ordered were brisket tacos, brisket nachos, Szechuan pork tacos and mushroom Swiss burgers. Food was good and the portions were large. I tried everything and it was a toss up between the fish and chips and the brisket tacos to what was my favorite. Junior was our server on this Friday night and he was the ONLY server for the entire place. He did a good job nonetheless. read more

Rarely do I give a full boat of stars to anyplace but this one deserves it. Proprietor and chief bottle washer, Bret Holbert has outdone himself on what was supposed to have been a "soft opening." He and partners apparently pulled out all the stops and it turned into a GRAND OPENING and grand it indeed was, folks. As a chef and professional barkeep I get invited to lots of spots in the course of my work and I am privileged to tell you that Paris, TX now has a first-rate beer garden and wine taster joint, complete with MOST excellent bar food. I'd recommend the cheese, fruit and meat spread. Delicious and vicious for a suitable accompaniment to any of the local brews on tap and the surprising wine selections. Paris, you're on the map. My fiancé and I will be moving to Paris next month, and we were in town from Dallas to sign our apartment lease. We really wanted to try a local place, and 107 had good reviews, so we decided to try it out. We were not disappointed! We're both really big craft beer drinkers, so when I saw that this was a "craft beer" place, I'll admit I expected to see Blue Moon on tap. Nope! 107 sports Deep Ellum IPA on tap. We didn't get any drinks so I'm not sure what else they offer - but hey, if they have Deep Ellum on tap, then it's safe to say this place can really serves craft beer. Oh yeah, and the food was really good, too. And we really liked the indoor-outdoor atmosphere. We've already decided this will be a go-to for us. read more

Fish was crispy corn meal breading. Very tasty. Menu had the fish and chips as a most popular item. Every time we visit, we order the fried green beans. Green beans are fresh and crispy. One warning it is semi-outdoor so it can be chilly but since its a pub its fine to wear your coat or jacket. Plenty of propane heaters and a staff willing to adjust them for patron's comfort. Live music coming soon. I had Sezchuan pork tacos with jalepeño slaw and a dark beer from Texas micro-brewery and my wife had sushi grade seared ahi with regular slaw and wontons.
