She never looked up and said hello to us. She finally hung up, asked if we had been there before and when I said no she told us to pick pieces and bring them up and she would show us what to do. Ok, this took me and my 2 year old about 5 minutes tops. We placed them on the table and the person who had been trying to book the party must have called again because she was on the phone yet again. Never even motioning just one minute, never looking up to even acknowledge we were standing there, just keep talking... my 2 year old was getting restless of course after this 15 minute wait. I made a comment about helping us and putting the person on hold- she never even looked my direction. I took my son, walked out and told her good luck with the party..:: took my son to Michael's crafts and he's painting something much cuter, cheaper and from the comfort of his home. I guess we weren't worth the $30 we were gonna spend while NO ONE else was in the whole place. Screw them- after reading the wonderful reviews I thought it would be fun, clearly a management change has happened. Don't waste your time.
