The story had us intrigued and there were tons of clues within clues within clues that knocked us down a peg every time we thought we were working through the room too quickly, lol. 7 of us worked our way through and managed to beat the room with about 4 minutes to spare. There was a clue we somehow managed to skip but still have solved and one clue that may not have triggered correctly but the owner had a way of communicating/guiding us from outside the room. Lastly, we did 13th Floor which was luckily not a scary room, just a slightly creepy theme. Really enjoyed the puzzles and riddles in this one as well as the interactive elements. 3-5 is good for this one. Puzzles are medium to hard difficulty. Rave reviews for the fun game master. The inventory/closeup system for the virtual/remote rooms were a bit tricky to juggle but allowed us to divide and conquer.

We will definitely come back for other challenges! If you are thinking about coming, a word from the now-wise: pay heed to the challenge rating (PG, PG-13, etc.). And don't be afraid to ask questions about the challenge when you have your pre-meeting. If you are afraid of the dark - ASK! your gamemaster if the room is going to be dark. I'm told the room has a very low chance of escape, but it's just this particular group's special skill to run out of time at the last puzzle. The cool part was that when you open certain chests, you get a robe for each member of your party. There's also wands that use you can use in the room to make it more interactive too. Unlike other game rooms I have been to, you use a radio to speak to the game master when hints are needed. Other than that, I liked the set up, puzzles and how friendly the staff was. Side note: you have to put your phones in a locker.
