It is our first time playing the escape room. It is pretty fun and hard for us. My two sons ( around 10 years old) and I figured most of the puzzles while asking for help three or four times. The Project Mars is kind of hard, maybe we need more people to solve it. Anyway, we had a great time. Thanks for the help of our game master! read more

We had such a great time at Granite State Escape! I purchased the gift card in a raffle and have never even been to Manchester (we live in Portsmouth) and I it was worth the drive. We have been to other escape rooms but this was truly one of the best rooms we have seen. We did Project Mars and it was so well done. A very detailed and impressive room with lots of sections and components. We have already talked about going back to try the other rooms. We were very impressed! read more

SO MUCH FUUUUUUUN!!! We've done 2 rooms--both with 3 people. They were both very different experiences, which was great!

Amazing escape room, friendly staff and clever game that was challenging but not in a stressful way(we did the blind pig speakeasy). Highly recommend and I will be coming back for another game when I can! read more

We had a blast here! Death cabin was dark, and exciting with the right amount of challenge. We will definitely return for another room, hopefully this time being under 30 minutes. read more

We had some user issues booking and they were accommodating about helping me out. Once there, they were nice and accommodating. From there they were great at offering suggestions without being intrusive. We had a great time and will be back. read more

Always a fun time! I've now done 3 of the 4 rooms. Today a group of 8 of my friends tried the new ManchVegas casino. It ended up being 3 different rooms. It was really fun. By far the trickiest one they've come up with yet. They said we're one of the very few groups to have successfully completed it since it opened just a month ago. I highly recommend this room, especially for a larger group. The same group of us 8 also successfully escaped the Defuse the Bomb and Vintage Circus. Each room is very well designed. The tasks are hard but not impossible. If you need help, the staff will give you clues if wanted/needed. We'll be back to try the remaining room the Funeral Parlor. The staff is very kind and helpful. I hope they add more rooms soon. We've almost done them all now. read more

This past weekend our group of five did the "Dead Cabin" room for our daughter's birthday. She wanted us to do an escape room for her birthday a couple of years ago...but then COVID hit and we were not able. Finally, this year, we were able to do this. The Dead Cabin decor, props, and theme made the experience a lot of fun. The hostess Cassandra (?) explained everything well and helped by providing some clues when we were stuck...and she took our picture at the end. Our daughter was very happy with her birthday escape and has said she would like to return in the near future. read more

We did Vintage Circus with a group of 8 friends, and they added a group of 4 friends (strangers to us). All adults. We completed it! It was actually a brilliant pairing, everyone seemed to have a skill that was helpful to solving different puzzles. It was a lot of fun. The puzzles were difficult (it was a hard room) and well conceived. I've been to 3 different puzzle rooms in 3 states and this was high quality. I am excited to go again either with a group, or as an add on to another group. read more

Hands down the best escape room I have ever done. We did the Dead Cabin room and it was perfectly executed. The puzzles were all very well thought out. The story was great. They put a LOT of work into this, and did not rely on cheesy gimmicks like a lot of escape rooms do. The people we dealt with - Hope and Cass - were awesome. They kept things moving and helped us just the right amount when we needed it. I highly recommend this place, and we will be back to check out the rest of the rooms! read more

They are truly creative with how they design the rooms. You can truly immerse yourself into the mission and feel like you need to escape. I have done two rooms here so far and look forward to the next ones!! read more

We had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful but didn't give us too many hints, they let us figure it out on our own. :) The room was clean as was the lobby and bathrooms. We will return when/if we are in the area again! read more

We had SO much fun tonight. We did the speakeasy themed room and rented the whole room for the 4 of us. It was challenging but not so much so that we couldn't solve it and we escaped with barely any time to spare. So much fun! Highly recommended!!! read more

It was our first time and we had a blast. Rooms are individually rented out for your personal group. It was just the two of us for our group so the couple additional clues from the game master were really needed. So happy we can go back and explore the other rooms giving us something fun and safe to do. read more

What a fun, challenging and must-do experience. We brought two other couples with us, two people who were not experienced in Escape Rooms. Granite State Escape is clean, well staffed and has unique puzzles to solve. We needed a few hints and even a few extra minutes but a great time was had by all. We'd highly recommend this great hour of fun and brain tingling activity! read more

Such a blast! We loved every minute of it! Definitely coming back! Hope was super helpful and encouraging!

We had so much fun with the first room that we returned later that day to do a different room. Thanks, GSE! Loved it! (we love the super cool buttons we got as well) read more

We were fortunate to make last minute reservations (day of, 1.5 hours) and we even were able to add an extra person. We got one of the more challenging rooms but it made it super fun. We did have to ask for clues but that's to be expected with three teens. Our guy was very attentive and supportive. We will definitely be back to try other rooms! Thank you Granite State Escape for an amazing experience! read more

We went with another family (7 of us) and were put together with another family. Our group ranged from age 14 to adult. We had never done anything like this before and were thankful for the fact that the other family had. This gave us a place to start. We scrambled around and actually worked together to solve various riddles and logic problems. Plenty of challenge, good clean fun for all. We had a great time and look forward to returning. read more

My 15 year old son and 7 of his friends had a blast trying to escape the Circus Room! Elm Street is a good location and the staff is friendly. The space is clean and I would definitely book another party. The space is good for kids or adults! read more

Solid escape room experience. We did the mystery at Cooke Manor. Some very clever puzzles here. A few more locks than I like to see but the puzzles behind the locks we creative and varied. Our game master was Jacob and he was excellent. Those of you that have done a few escape rooms with an inattentive game master know they can be key. Jacob was attentive and had clearly been following our play and process and was able to supply the right hint when needed. We will be back next time we have the opportunity. Definitely recommended! read more

It was a lot of fun and the staff were very accommodating. We were able to escape with time to spare, but it wasn't too easy. I just wish it didn't cost so much. Twenty-five dollars a person for an hour or less of entertainment is just a lot. I only go to escape rooms once a year or less because of the cost. I would go a lot more frequently if it was less expensive. There are other ways I could spend $25 and get more for my money. read more

We did the bomb room. What a fantastic time we had and the puzzles were great! This was our first time and we solved it with a minute to spare! I don't want to give too much away, but definitely worth the cost and time. read more

Very nice place. Great staff. Would definitely recommend going there. Only think I would caution about is the escape room The Mystery at Cook Manor does have Ouija board. I know this doesn't concern some, but I'm just putting it out there for people it does. Other then that, had a awesome time! read more

We did Vintage Circus with our teenage children and everyone had a great time. The hour went by fast. Good times. A little pricey but pretty much worth doing it once! read more

Awesome! A fun and challenging experience. Great to do with friends or a group and work together. I've done both of the current rooms and both were equally difficult and fun! read more

What a great time. WE didn't really know what to expect, but it turned out to be a great day. WE had a great teambuilding event here. It was fun to try to solve together and a great bonding experience for us. The staff Katie and niko were great and everyone was friendly and informative. We did the funeral parlor and had to get out before the mafia came back. I would love to try another room next time! Great times #teamwork #funtimes read more

My family decided to do the funeral parlor escape room over the Christmas break. There were 10 of us, and it was a ton of fun - a very different experience that all ages can enjoy. A snowstorm interrupted some of our flights, and we weren't able to go at our scheduled time. Granite State Escape helped us to work around the delayed flights and set up a new time slot for us - they were soooo helpful and we very much appreciated it! I'd recommend this as a family-fun event. I'm sure we'll be back! read more

In a nutshell you are put into a "walk-in closet" size room, with like 9 other people, yup its cramped, and there are about 2-3 combination locks to open with clues you are given such as put this number together to use on a combination lock... anyway with 3 locks and 9 people that means 6 of the 9 people are standing around with nothing to do. So you make your way through 3 room total and each room again contains clues of numbers and letters for you to use to open the combination locks.... but again, with 9 people in a closet size room with only 3 puzzles to work on 6 people have nothing to. At 25 bucks for an hour it cost me & my gf 50 bucks to stand around in a closet and watch 9 people trying to get their hands on a puzzle to solve.... stay home and play a game on your computer instead it would be much more fun trust me. read more

Great time! We did the Circus Room and actually made it out in time. The puzzles were challenging and fun. We will be going back.

I went here with my friends once and I was a little disappointed we were put in a room with people we did not know. It was kinda awkward it also was kinda boring. But in the end it wasn't really all that bad. read more

We used the mobile escape room. The staff got here on time and took care of everything. The room itself was great, it was challenging but can be solved. I would recommend this service to others looking for a corporate or social event activity. read more

I took four teenage girls to Granite State Escape to do the Funeral Parlor challenge yesterday. They loved it! It was a great thing to do on a cold and rainy day. Not only did it make them use their noggins and get off of electronic devices for a solid hour but it was a fun experience to have with them. As soon as we got in the car they asked when we could back to do the other rooms. Highly suggest doing this! read more

I would give this 10 stars if I could to start I booked for the wrong day and they allowed me to switch it even tho they don't have returs and was last minute. When we got there the man at the front desk was very charming and polite. To top I'm all off the actual event was top notch I see a lot of success for these business owner and for the great employees read more

We left saying how much fun this was! From the minute we walked in the door the staff was friendly, informative and you could tell it was going to be a good time. We weren't sure what to expect when we booked the room but knew it would be interesting - friends of ours recommended it. The room was set up great and the puzzle was fun to solve. There were 6 of us and it took all of us to solve the puzzle. Highly recommended for a good time! read more

We had a great time. The Game Master Dan was awesome. Friendly staff. Clean environment. A little bit of a strange odor in the place. But a must do. Fun Fun Fun!!! We will be back. read more
