They replaced RO filters that were stuck in the holders, and gave advice on fixing leak into online chlorinator. I was going to have them replace bathtub valve when a few tiles came loose, and David said the old Price Pfister valve he rebuilt for us will last another 50 years, and is better than the new Delta version I bought that would require tearing up most of the bathtub wall to install. So fix the backer board and tile, keep the existing valve. Beyond all that plumbing, they are good reliable people and pricing has been fair.
