I came in a few weeks ago, but I am just now getting time to write a review. I was confused when I first walked in, was I at the child day care place next door or a "drs office??" There was a small child walking around putting things in other clients hair while they are laying face down in front of everyone. The staff seemed to be really friendly, but that type of overly friendly that leaves almost a bitter taste in your mouth. Mind you, this is all from my first impression as I walked from the front door to the back room. When I finally got my first adjustment, it was mediocre at best.. and They wanted to charge me several thousands of dollars for care & very pushy with sales. I will definitely not be returning for future care and will go somewhere else. read more

Very thorough with treatment assessment and services offered but way overpriced. I couldn't believe it. My first cars didn't cost that much! In fact, the whole thing felt like being at a car dealership; phony sales presentation and high pressure sales tactics. Once I told them I wanted to think about it, the doctor completely shut down. The place is state-of-the-art though; if you're interested in investing a lot of money on a chiropractic plan, this is definitely the place for you. read more

Office is pleasant, staff is overly friendly. My first visit was mostly about how much I'd have to spend to have "corrective" therapy. They is no privacy, almost like a party, you lay next to 3 other patients and can hear what they say to other patients. As my benefits are running out, the quality of work decreased. They never discussed treatment plan, after I wouldn't agree to there financial agreements. I'm a health care professional, really unhappy with there work and wonder if they know HIPPA laws. read more

Unfortunately, I can no longer support 100% chiropractic, although a beautiful practice with state of the art equipment. They are 100% about the money! We both purchased the Groupon package, which included 3 adjustments, a massage, and x-rays. They neglected to inform my wife that she had completed her 3rd adjustment and scheduled her another one without informing her that she had completed her package. So when we went back for my massage, they charged her $68.00 for her adjustment. When I questioned the office manager, she said that the always schedule a new appointment when I told her that she should have made my wife aware that she had completed her Groupon package and would she like to continue which she did not. I also offered to give up my 3rd adjustment rather than pay, but she would not, which tells me they about the money and not customer service, so I paid the fee and canceled my last adjustment after the bad taste they left in my mouth which didn't seem to bother them at all. I absolutely would recommend going here! They have a passion about what they do and want you to get better. They go above and beyond. I came in with upper back pain that would affect my sleep. Within a few weeks that pain was going going away. Not only that it improved my athletic ability. I was able to lift max 25-30 lbs for instance in a db row. Now I can do 50lbs which I couldn't even do during my peak military career! I would definitely consider your spine health. This place is the best! read more

They take the time to ask about your health history, take x-rays, very carefully observe your body for signs of injury or pain, and they offer you a life changing presentation after the X-ray to explain of everything that's going on with your spine and neck. Their team also offers massage and stretching sessions to strengthen your spine/ loosen any tight muscles . I was surprised when I saw my x ray today. I knew I had problems but didn't know I was a phase 2 / on the verge of scoliosis.
