I started in my mid 30's with ongoing back issues, and over the years, they've helped me stay active and functioning despite severe disc degeneration, bulging discs, scoliosis, and arthritis. I was even told by an orthopedic surgeon years ago that I likely wouldn't be walking past age 35, which makes the care I've received here even more meaningful. They've also cared for my kids through years of intense sports like gymnastics, figure skating, and hockey all the way through college. Having someone you trust with both your own health and your kids' says everything. But that review deserves one of its own. For now, Dr Chris' care with my 3 kiddos has been incredible. What keeps me coming back after all these years is the genuine care and compassion. I've always felt listened to and supported, and everything is explained in a way that actually makes sense. The staff is just as kind and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I recommend them to friends all the time without hesitation. That alone probably says more than anything else I could write.

The first thing I noticed was that I could schedule an appointment on the business website but I do want to caution others that the doctor still takes patients on a first come first serve basis. I would still recommend that you schedule an appointment online because I had a situation where I wanted to have an adjustment just prior to a vacation and so I scheduled an appointment to the day before I was leaving for my vacation and the evening before I received a text message directly from the Chiropractor, Dr. Troy, that something came up and he would not be able to open his clinic the day of my appointment. I explained I was very disappointed because my hip was out and I was going to be going out of town on vacation but I would try to get in to see another chiropractor by my home. He expressed concern and even reached out to me the next morning via text to make sure that I could get an appointment with another chiropractor. Now for the capabilities of Dr Troy. I have been to quite a few different chiropractors and I have to say he has to be the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He listens to symptoms and what your experience with chiropractors have been in the past and uses that in his adjustments with you. I am grateful for the cost of his services and the location. Give him a try!

Her external cues for activating the pelvic core were spot-on and made a noticeable difference in how I could feel and engage those muscles. Because I have significant scar tissue around my jaw and neck from stage 4 cancer, I've developed considerable weakness in my deep neck muscles and SCM's. Jordan performed outstanding fascial, hands-on work that released a tremendous amount of tension -- it was both relaxing and transformative. After our session, I experienced hella improvement in my neck range of motion and overall stability in my neck and head. Jordan's expertise, compassion, and holistic understanding of the body made this one of the most beneficial appointments I've had in my post-cancer therapy journey. She was very nice and listened well. I told her I wanted myofascial release preformed to get my documented, via xrays, pelvis back in place and possibly some chiropractic work if it was not the snap and crack type. Renee scheduled me with Jocelyn Connolly for my intake appointment. I filled out my intake papers and asked for the same type of care I spoke with Renee about. Jocelyn seemed like she listened and to my understanding said she could do that. When it came time for the myofascial part she seemed light on technique the first time. The second time she tried to sell me on things like stimulation and dry needling for relaxation methods and gut health which I had already told her in the intake appointment; I had tried those in the past and they had not worked for this problem and I just worked on my gut health with my Naturopath DR. who gives my gut health a gold star. It seemed to me that Jocelyn did not want to actually do Myofascial release like I had asked for all along. The third appointment Jocelyn tells me that I need to work on stability and strength. I had also talked with her about this in the intake appointment. I wanted my pelvis back in place first. I repeated to her that I wanted myofascial release first before my appointment with Dr. Jordan, the chiropractor to help Dr. Jordan move my pelvis back in place. I asked her to do myofascial release on my hip muscles. To start my treatment I am lying on my left side as requested by Jocelyn and she starts to stretch my right hip towards the wall which hurt terribly so I asked her to stop. I asked her to myofascial release my glutes and other main muscles for the hips. She worked on my right glute which started to ease the pain and nerve tingling in my left leg. Oh what a relief. During this Jocelyn says that if I want Myofascial Release for my pelvis that I need to see another provider and she proceeded to give me a list of other providers. Jocelyn discharged me from their care. I wish she would have said this before she took my money for the appointment because I would have parted ways then if that was her view.
