This is a fantastic business, and Dr Tan is an amazing individual. I can say that I have received top notch quality care, starting with my initial consult and X-rays, to now a year later now scheduling adjustments as needed feeling great. The experience for me has been wonderful and supportive. Nothing really beats having a team working with your best interests in mind and inline with your health goals. There are a lot of negative reviews on this place from what i've seen on Yelp, however after experiencing a 'special' they had, first hand...I would have to say that they are truly a GENUINE and caring practice. I've been to many Chiropractors in the past, including the quick ones such as a '$20 chiro' to others that are individually owned using fancy machinery. Those places are either based on volume or based on complication. The $20 chiro has you in and out within minutes. Some individual offices with fancy equipment charge a fortune, however never tell you what they are really doing...but an 'adjustment'. I came in here based on an 'advertisement' that I heard about. You get 3 appointments for $21.00. The first appointment will be to take xrays. They will also explain to you what they are all about, etc. The 2nd is the meeting room, with an adjustment, and the 3rd appointment is a massage. Well, let me tell you how amazing this experience was for me. I found the tiny lil' cornered office in the 5 and below shopping center. Came in and there wasn't a real waiting room. The front desk staff greeted me and had me take a seat in a general room where it had open chiropractor tables. After sitting down for a few minutes, one of the staff members came over to me to give me a 'tour of the facilities'. I was highly impressed that they did that. From going to the front of the office showing that they had coffee / waters / teas, as well as Juice boxes for the kids. They also had a mini play area with a video game console. The next room was an area where they had chairs that helped you with your natural body form (something to do with the neck and straightening). Followed by the main general area. Their concept is to have an 'open concept' room where people can get adjusted and others who may be seated there may get an education. They are always talking, constantly telling you what they will be doing, and how they will be doing it. Going through the steps to make sure you are comfortable with everything. They do have the machines to make the adjustments, but every person is different, and they treat every person who comes in as an individual., not just a number. Afterwards, I was taken back to the xray area where they took various pictures of my Neck, back, and middle sections, based on certain criteria that they were looking for. Again, the person who helped me out (a graduating student named Ayla Rose) was amazingly filled with knowledge and shared all that knowledge with me, from learning about the curvatures of the spine to the Subluxation device. It is a device that shows you that a slight misalignment of the vertebrae can cause many health problems, because it is not letting the transmitters get through to the rest of the receptacles in your body. By closing off one, it slows down the process and just a simple pinch can do that (waking up wrong, or slipping). I also learned that there are certain degrees that your spine and body should be at, and if not, it could cause issues, such as mine of sleep apnea, headaches, etc. Day 2 for me contained going over the xrays and showing me how I was misaligned and that it could have been from 15-20 years worth of build up, but the differences between the bones and gaps on my spine, as well as the fluids that are in between. The physician mentioned that they do the alignments and then after a few months (6-12), they take a new set of Xrays to show you the progress of what has been done. After going over my set of X-Rays, I am asked to lay on the adjustment table. As he does his measurements and reviews the xrays, he looks at the areas by feel and makes the adjustments. Though, initially, I didn't feel anything different, I must say, a few days later I do feel a slight change in my back (where it was very painful due to a tight muscle has eased itself off) - After the Initial assessment has been completed, i was asked to join them in one of their rooms where they would go over the 'plans'. Here is where some other people's reviews went weird saying it was 'sugary sweet' or sounded like a timeshare...but I felt completely different. In the beginning it sounded like a sales pitch, but after going through everything and the financials of it all, I realized that I was not able to afford what they were asking for. They were COMPLETELY OKAY with that, as it was more about wellness for them, not the finances. They said they could work with me on certain areas and even have some pop in visits. The staff there and Chiropractors really took the time to explain all the ins and outs about their practice. Overall, this family practice is amazing. They have great values and really care for their patients. I am glad to have found them and look forward to working with them in the future. read more

All employees were nice. Very thorough. No complaints on the service. However, I work with seniors and there's no way I can continue going because no one wears a mask. Even while getting adjusted and sitting in a small consolation room, no mask. When I asked about the policy they said they don't have one. I support people's right to choose to do whatever they want so that's ok, I can go somewhere else! I just want to warn other people to not waste their time if they're like me and need their doctor to wear a mask. EDIT - UPDATE I cannot comment back to you and have to respond this way. Sanitizing surfaces between patients and having the doctors wash their hands is the bare minimum and should be done anyway. People were gathered around the front desk and at one point there were 6 people in that area at my first appointment. I have gotten private messages to my account about this review from other people saying they wish they had read my review before going to their appointment. You're losing business by not taking this seriously. Gwinnett county has the highest covid numbers in the state of Georgia. Personally I know 7 people who have passed away from this just in the past two months. Doesn't matter how much you sanitize surfaces, you're literally leaning over people while adjusting them without a mask on. I respect your right as a private business to do whatever you'd like. Truly I do. This review is here so that I can help vulnerable people not waste their time. You say that you know that I need to take every precaution possible to ensure the safety of myself and the people I work with.. I guess I just expect other people to do the same. read more

Dr. Nutty seems like a great guy and his office is one of the best chiropractor offices I ever been to. This place works miracles. I've been to other chiropractic care but it didn't compare to the care I get at 100%. They treat you like family and really make sure you are moving forward towards your health goals and living life at 100%. Every single employees at the practice is friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. They treat each person based on their needs and the results of an in depth scan. I know if I'm having any pain or misalignment I can get an adjustment and immediately feel like new. Oh.... I can't forget to mention the monthly massage that comes with my treatment. I was extremely skeptical and jaded in regards to the validity and necessity of chiropractic care. I came with A LOT of preconceived opinions. I want to tell anyone who is considering this location for treatment that I have NEVER gone anywhere that I have recommended more! I have never been pushed into any form of treatment. Rather, they have valued and listened to how I would like my care. I have been with them for over five years and if I had to make the decision again....I would choose them all over again. What other business can you say that about? From Julitza(I'm sure I spelt it wrong) to Dr. Steve to the April and the many other caring massage team members, everyone respects and welcomes you and genuinely cares. Part of what I like to look into is what a business does when the customer isn't looking. I've been going to 100% Chiropractic in Buford for about three months now and recently arrived early for my appointment before the office was really open. As usual, the excellent staff there let me in early and I proceeded to wait while the group had their staff meeting. As I was eavesdropping, I heard what was one of the most uplifting, customer-focused meetings that I've ever seen. It's clear that serving the customer is not just lip service and they truly do care about the well-being of their customers. That's on top of the great care they're giving me personally. The quality of care here goes beyond just my adjustments. The entire staff remembers every face, every name, and every story. I have no idea how they do it, but I have to guess it's because they love all of their patients as much as it seems! I am a woman who has suffered with migraines for over 2 decades! Under care, I have been able to reduce the amount of migraines I get on a monthly basis to zero! I sleep better, walk better, and can literally see my spine straightening these last few months. I look forward to every adjustment I get because I know I'll not only feel better, but I get to see a few people that I have started to consider friends. I went on one of their specials I have never been to a chiropractor before so I did not know what to expect financially, on my first two visits they were extremely friendly and I thought well this is great love the staff at the end of my second visit they went over the package of what I would need which is called the corrective care package and it's a little over $3000 which I think is ridiculous. They have a very professional environment and it became evident, very quickly, that they know what they are doing. Their establishment is not only for rehabilitation but for overall wellness. BEWARE bait and switch, misrepresentation, coercion and fraud. I went to 100% chiropractic on a $21 social media promo. Told Dr. Anjel I had been suffering horrible pain for weeks. After X-rays and initial consultation, I was told my condition was horrible but this would be the solution. Had never been to chiropractor before but had tried everything else, so I was willing to try. Was shown a TREATMENT PLAN for a year, recommended course, etc., and told I should see if I qualified for discounted rate. I agreed, thinking no harm in seeing whether I was qualified for discount. Within days BEFORE MY FIRST OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT EVER, I received a credit card with a $4000 balance. I called IMMEDIATELY and complained that this was not what I agreed to. Explaining that even what I signed said CANCEL AT ANY TIME AND NO CHARGES WOULD BE INCURRED. I told him he had coerced me into signing something I did not understand and not only did I want to close the account, I never wanted to come to the office again. Also explained that because the PANDEMIC was just starting with lockdowns, there was no way I would continue these services as I only thought I was trying it to see if it would work. He assured me that they would cancel my account and assured me that the creditor would be informed of the situation. Seeing as how he defrauded me in the first place, I called the creditor and closed the account and explained how I had been duped and could not be responsible for services I never received. For the past EIGHT MONTHS while trying to maintain employment and struggle through the pandemic, these people have evaded every phone call, email, messages, etc. trying to get them to be decent human beings and resolve this ridiculous problem. I have filed disputes with credit unions, filed formal complaints with the GA board of chiropractic and will fight this as long as necessary until this business is exposed for the fraud it is. I take my credit seriously and pay what I am rightfully responsible for. The hit to my credit has been devastating. My mistake was trusting what I thought were medical professionals to 'do no harm.' This has been the worst, ongoing, stressful, damaging to my credit and overall quality of life. They should be stopped and it is my hope to ensure that no one has to endure what I have, simply because I was in tremendous pain and didn't understand the chiropractic scam. Now, having read other reviews, I see that others were similarly baited and switched but thankfully got out of there before being defrauded out of thousands as they are attempting with me and undoubtedly countless others. read more

I cannot speak more highly of the staff here. They are friendly and always welcome my kids. They take the time to explain what issues you have and were really helping my back until I couldn't afford it anymore. That would be my only complaint. The packages are not single income friendly and I wasn't able to continue treatment. My friend and myself both got a groupon for a massage for 100 dollars. They take you into the back and make you super uncomfortable by making you learn all these terms and then after your X-ray keep you in a back room and tell you it will cost thousands of dollars and take coming in twice a week. They want a credit card number right away and obviously I just want a massage (which I never even got). They just harass you to sign up so much I would never walk back into that place. I've been going to 100% for about 4 months now. When I started, I was in so much pain that turning my head to talk to someone was painful. Driving was hard. Every day things were uncomfortable. I decided to needed to make the investment in myself. It wasn't cheap but I needed to have a quality of life. Within a few weeks, I felt relief. While my bones haven't shifted quite yet, I feel 100% (no pun intended) better.. seriously. It's amazing. And the staff make it a point to remember your name and something about you. At first, I thought they were being over the top nice, but as I continue to interact with them, I feel they are all just good people who care about what they do. The new reno is also lovely! This is an ok experience. It honestly felt more like a timeshare sell. They were "sugary sweet", which always makes me feel like something is up. I also noted some patient confidentiality breaches - giving adjustments in the open room, posting X-rays on the wall (patient name printed), and discussing care plans in the open room. They explained everything rote, as if rehearsed well, without asking questions to find out what my needs and wants were. After my 3 initial sessions, they never knew if I'd ever been to a chiropractor before! Their main goal seemed to be to sign patients up for an expensive program through a contract. I never received any promised follow-up calls and never heard from them after the sales presentation, even though I said I needed to look over the info before signing. Dr Steve is great! He is very informative and knowledgable about what he does . The adjustment felt wonderful . Massage was so so , Definatly have had better . The thing is they try and sell you a package deal for a whole year which is great if you can afford it . Personally $3000 to me seems a bit much . Wishing their prices were more affordable for those who insurance does not cover chiropractor care . Will not be returning due to cost out of pocket . One adjustment is about $50 read more
