To make matters more confusing, I requested a quote but was sent what appeared to be an invoice, which was accidentally paid before the work was completed. After several visits, they declared the repair complete, but the machine immediately developed a new problem it never had before: instead of producing normal ice cubes, it started dropping large blocks of ice. The technician also damaged the plastic side grate on the machine. When I raised concerns, Wilson and Myers proposed another $2,000 repair to fix the new issue and denied responsibility, claiming the problems were pre-existing. Their response was essentially that I didn't know the condition of my own machine before they worked on it. I've used this ice machine for years and know exactly how it performed before their repair. It never produced giant blocks of ice, and the side grate was not damaged before their technician serviced it. To make matters worse, I repeatedly received calls and texts late at night, sometimes as late as 10 PM to midnight, including weekends, even after asking them to stop.
