We've now used Reliable Home Improvement twice -- first for a kitchen and family room remodel, and…read moremost recently for a complete basement tearout and remodel of our 1962 home, finished this past winter. Both experiences were A+ from start to finish. What sets Reliable apart is their communication. We were involved in every step of the process and always kept in the loop -- never left wondering what was happening or what came next. That level of transparency is rare and genuinely impressive. Our site manager, Mike Ducato, was outstanding. He kept everything running smoothly, managed the details, and made sure the project stayed on track. You couldn't ask for better. Both projects turned out better than we expected. When a contractor exceeds your expectations not once but twice, that says everything. We wouldn't hesitate to use Reliable again.
