Three months later, the interior ambient lighting is literally falling out of the doors and dashboard. I quickly jumped on to the yelp to locate an audio place within the vicinity. Three recommendations, that have been given a rating of more than 4 Stars, populated and I chose Auto Sound of SB because the reviews were detailed and felt genuine. I rolled up to the garage and a nice guy offered assistance. I told him the subwoofer just stopped working and I had no clue wtf was wrong. (Other than me pumping up the jams to the next level). The guy said he would check out the system to determine the situation if I agreed to pay a small diagnostic fee. The tech took apart the box and discovered that the connectors were FRIED! Okay maybe I bump the bass to the extreme! He said it's typical for that to happen over time. He replaced the connectors and put everything back together with no additional charges - awesome sauce!!! Guys!!! Don't forget to tip the tech!!!! A small monetary tip as a gesture of gratitude won't hurt!!! These guys are passionate about quality sound and take pride in their work. I'm back in business and ready to take on the traffic! Not only will I be seen entering the OC, but I'll be heard too!!!!

Purchased a new car and needed a tint, quick! I like my privacy. Clear windows make me feel like everyone is looking at me lol. Got a quote here for a great deal. I don't want to put the quoted price I was provided because I'm sure every car has a different price. I started asking around regarding the price and it's a really good price for good material. Fights off the sun. That's a plus for me. Went in early and there was already a customer there. Good sign so far. Jose assured me with the confirmation of the quoted price and how long it would take and just like that I left my car in their care. Jose was very attentive and polite, holding the door open and everything!!! I am very very happy with their service! Looks great. Highly highly recommend!

I searched for the closest car window repair shop,…read morenever had to use such a service so I wasn't sure what to expect however I did watch a YouTube video before heading that way to see if I could do it myself but I didn't have the tools on hand. After deciding to get it "professionally" done I came to this shop. I waited about an hour and a half (standing by my car cuz I noticed some shady behavior around my car) only for them to tell me they received the wrong part and I have to come back the next day. That they'll call me or better yet I should call them to see if they have received the replacement part. Now mind you...I've been extremely patient and quiet but watchful. I KNOW they didn't HAVE to drill a hole on the inside of my door to hold a wooden block to "hold up the window so it won't break until we can repair it" dafuq! that's 3! Then after like 45 minutes I noticed the guy left my key turned on but not all the way on so if I hadn't turned it off my battery would've drained. All of a sudden this guy comes back passes by my car takes a look at the dash sees the lights off looks at me to see if I'm looking and continues to walk away. The whole time he kept talking to this other guy and whispering back and forth and trying to block my view of the car and what he was doing. Ok, so now they didn't even put everything back in place on my door until they "fix it completely" which just seems like a ploy for me to bring it back to THEM. They even left my other windows down and the power to those cut off, had I not tried to roll up my other windows before leaving I would've realized too late and been caught all night with my windows down on the street. SMH.I just wanted to get home after such horrible service and being out in the heat the whole time. The way I was made to feel is horrible ngl kind of feels like its because they saw a single female taking care of business so take her money and time. I WAS interested in adding an alarm system and tinted windows but after that yeah, no thanks. I'm sure there's other businesses that treat their customers with respect and dignity no matter their gender. Telling all my friends and family AND sharing MY experience on all social media. I'm not sure if it's worth my time and money after all, gotta go back for them to finish the job or round two of bad service I already paid a deposit. Guess we'll see. Keep y'all updated.
