I would NOT recommend anyone yet alone single woman come to this establishment. I was under the impression I was sold, financed for, AND fully insured a 2016 Mazda 3 on Saturday 1/24/26. Two days on 1/26/26 later I call about my scheduling of a windshield replacement and find out that the car I'm driving is not what I financed and insured but it is 2 years OLDER (a 2014 Mazda 6). I was fuming. I gave Jordan the ability to remedy the issue by fixing some damage I didn't notice (a paint fix on the door) and put new tires on it for me, fix the paper work and we can call it remedied (Jordan stated he's the manager and in his words "the decision maker")). He got back to me and told me that the 2014 is "a better car" that's worth 3k more, started sending screenshots of other cars worth, and stated that since it's a better car worth more. That he would do nothing to remedy the situation as I "took the car as is" and the only thing they can do is switch the paperwork to match the 2016, so swindling me into keeping the 2014 for the same price as the 2016. I let him know that isn't ok a this can be a legal matter if he doesn't remedy to my satisfaction, to which he got vulgar, "You took the car as is. You have no case. You're not gonna get shit. You have a lawyer? Good. We have 50!" I told him this would be a better business bureau and civil issue now that he refused to remedy. He said "do you feel good when you sleep at night?! You report this and you're getting him fired!" Referring to the salesman who made this HUGE mistake. I told him if he decided to fire him that is his decision. I ended up hanging up, texting my response to his behavior on the phone, and then called a lawyer that works with my firm here. He called Jordan and spoke from then on for me he also advised me to go with company to return the car. I brought a witness to ensure I got my deposit back and returned the car, I did get my deposit back. Still I'm out of a car I worked so hard to achieve getting into, I have hard inquiries in my credit report from this transaction, I'm out $500 that I paid a mechanic to travel test drive and diagnose 3 cars, 2 days of work, and endless emotional turmoil. I spent days crying over this. I paid over $500 for insurance I had to get cancelled and I'll not see for another month or more. I've reported this to every single place I can think of and am still in the progress of going further civilly. Jordan showed no remorse. He swore at me. He was vulgar. This kind of deceptive business practice is not legal nor should be accepted by ANY business. read more

This place is terrible. I drove 82 miles for them to try to scam me. Used 05 Honda civic typically sells between 2-4 k. They said no wrecks no body damage. And the sale price was 8991. The car had clear body damage and terrible paint job cover up among other issues. The guy said he could not go under 10k cash. lol umm that's more than the price listed and over half of what the cars worth even private party! Unreal!!!! 10k for a used 05 Honda! I could get a brand new car!!!! Guess they would rather make no money!! read more

This is where dreams and bank accounts go to DIE ‼‼‼ Me and my boyfriend decided to shop around this auto lot for a car and decided to purchase a Saturn because it was advertised as "low miles" and as a clean car. Well we soon figured out (a WEEK later) they CLEAR CODES. Yup, they slap a smiley face sticker on your check engine light and wave goodbye like everything's sunshine and rainbows. But surprise! Less than 100 miles in, both cars lit up like a Christmas tree. The Saturn debacle which had the audacity to have brake failure (yes, you read that right, THE BRAKES FAILED) . We were like, screw this, and tried to salvage the situation by doing an even trade for a BMW X5. You'd think things couldn't get worse, but oh no, 1 Nation Auto Group said, "Hold my beer." Not even a month in, the check engine light on the BMW flashes on like it's trying to Morse code for HELP. We take it to a German auto shop (shoutout to actual professionals), and they give us the diagnosis of death: SEVEN OIL LEAKS. Not one, not two, SEVEN!! Estimated repair cost? $10,000. WE PUT $6,000 DOWN ON THIS CAR. They really had the nerve to shrug and say, "Well, any used car needs repairs." UM?? Repairs, sure. But a TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR DEATH TRAP?! Absolutely not. That's not wear and tear, sweetie, that's vehicular manslaughter waiting to happen. And don't forget my $600 tires, by the way. They kept that too. Just tossed that generosity right into their greedy little arsenal of theft and condescension. Eventually, we returned to the scene of the crime and somehow managed to get our money back on the X5. Did they refund us for the Saturn tires? Nope. Did they acknowledge that we were nearly killed because of the faulty brakes? LOL, no. Did they take accountability for selling two busted cars in a row? Cue evil cartoon villain laugh. And the cherry on this burnt cake? They claim all their cars are "Smog Passed." Okay but riddle me this.. how does a car "pass smog" and then throw a check engine tantrum a few weeks later? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I visited the dealership today, 08-24-24 to look at a vehicle I saw on Kelly Blue Book.  I stepped into the office and this guys tone and overall attitude was as if I was interrupting is porn watching addiction. He told me the keys were in the car and to go check it out as if he could care less if I bought the car or not.  The car was a piece of crap, but listed otherwise on the Kelly Blue Book. .  The few positive reviews the dealership does have are likely incentivized or fabricated. read more

I can confirm what the previous people said. I didn't go to the dealership. I looked at Autotrader.com. They reported mileage on Autotrader which didn't match the mileage on Carfax. The listed mileage is easily 100k less than what is on the Carfax. It looks like an auto auction may be tampering with the odometer. If they are buying vehicles, they should check the Carfax, instead of lying to the public. It's a shady business. read more

They sold me a car that broke down a week later. so far I've already had to spend over a $1,000 to repair some of the issues wrong with the car. the dealer has refused to take any responsibility or even acknowledge that they sold me a car that had many things wrong with it. read more

I can only speak from my experience obviously but I had a great experience buying a 2004 4Runner from these guys. They were totally cool with me bringing the car to the Toyota dealership to get inspected and were more than reasonable with negotiating a price and fixed the problems the dealership brought up. worst place ever last year I got a car from 1 nation Auto group, 2 months later it broke down on me needing a new engine. extended warranty didn't want to pay nor the dealership I had to let car go. 1 nation auto group agree to sell me another in house financing this time and the car broke down on me to needing a transmission. It was July 7, 2023. The purchase at 1 Nation Used Cars in Vista, CA. was a 2002 Lexus rx 300 with 133,000 miles according to the odometer. The dealer offered warranties to accompany the sale. They were declined. The car was purchased as is. The purchaser said that he would be driving from Vista to Challis, Id. to register the car. The dealer made no comment on driving such a distance in this car. Saturday, July 8, 2023, the check engine light came on. It was diagnosed as a mixture/lean problem. The dealer took the car on Tuesday July 11, 2023 to his on sight repair center. He had it for between four and five hours after which he returned it to my abode declaring that he had fixed the difficulty, but, if it should come on again, it would not be critical to the continuation of the journey to Challis, Id. July 12, 2023 the auto made it to Nephi, Utah for a distance of approximately 650 miles. July 13, 2023 the auto made it to Mackay, Id. approximately 350 miles. The journey on July 14, 2023 went to Challis, ID. for a total of approximately 100 miles. On July 15, 2023 the auto drove to Sun Valley, Id. approximately 150 miles round trip. On Sunday, day 5 of driving this vehicle with only 133,000 miles on the odometer, the journey went from Mackay, ID to Ennis, Mt and back toward Mackay. Approximately five miles east of Arco, Id. there was a "splash" noise from the engine area. Power ceased and the car rolled to a stop. When I opened the hood, it was apparent that something had burst. The car was towed to a mechanic who diagnosed a "blown engine" requiring a new one at a cost of six to seven thousand ($6000-$7000) dollars. Costs to transport the vehicle back to California were prohibitive. His recommendation was to "junk it." When I returned to Vista to 1 Nation Used Cars and spoke to Nader, the man in charge, he informed me that it was an old car and I probably had driven it too far. It was a Lexus with only 133000 miles on the engine according to the odometer. I if it were an option I would select 0 stars as my choice. read more

Be very very careful. I would avoid this dishonest place at all costs. Like other reviewers, I experienced shady dealings with 1 Nation in regards to a vehicle's mileage. The mileage on the odometer says 97,000 miles and the salesperson Nader Nazari confirmed the Scion has 97,000 miles. When I pulled the carfax, I saw a long history of service records and emissions tests that shows the Scion clearly has well over 200,000 miles. When I presented this information to the salesman Nader, he seemed unphased and simply said "well we cannot guarantee mileage". I will never shop here, they are untrustworthy. read more

Honestly the only reasons they're getting 1 star is because it won't let me give 0 and one of the guys there gave us gas money for wasting our time.  Went up yesterday to see a 2011 mitsubishi outlander with 80k miles for $7k.  Got up there, the car has a low miles sticker on the window, take it for a test drive, and when we get back they tell us its actually true mileage unknown, which was not in the ad, and that it could be 80k miles or 100k miles.  BS.  On the carfax they provided it clearly shows the car was has had at least 180k miles.  He tried to act like he was giving us a deal for an 80k mile car, when really the KBB on that car with that many miles is $4500.  Scam artists and liars.  At least they updated the listing even if they are still trying to overcharge. read more

Went to look at a vehicle for sale. Thank goodness they could not find the keys right away. Poped the hood open to check everything, the radiator fluid bottle was bone dry, and the radiator was also completely empty. There were signs of a hose leak that had been there for a long time. Front grill had been replaced for some reason, and missing emblem. The person that installed it forgot to remove the bubble wrap which was now traped between the radiator and the grill. Cover up paint had been hastely done on rear driver side to cover up some type of damage repair. Hatch back dome light was also completely gone. They were attempting to sell a vehicle that needed a lot of work, for a high market price. Do not waste your time, or your money. Avoid at all cost. read more
