I went to this nail salon out of desperation. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and went in after not having any for a month wanting a new french set. the male laying the acrylic did a horrible job it is uneven, thick and not backed up to my cuticle so it already looks outgrown. the woman tried to save his work by taking over and doing the white French tip. i didn't say anything because I'm that person but after spending $75 for a new set and having them look like crap I was heartbroken. today is day 6 and I had an entire mail just pop off while opening the fridge. I'll start out with the one positive. They took me as a walk in for a fill. Only one other customer in the shop getting a pedicure. The older male employee kept twisting my arms continuously as they never seemed to be positioned right for him. He never asked me what length I wanted and he never had me "go wash my hands" prior to the polish being put on. He never said a word other than grunting out demands. My mom has her wedding in a few days. She went to this nail salon and asked for a very simple design that wouldve taken 2 hours max. An hour in, her nails were misshapen and uneven. She asked if she could have a different shape. The man started getting upset at her and started using tools to break her nails. She started sobbing and begging for him to stop. She was physically hurting her and she had to run out. Please stay cautious of this salon. read more

This place is great! Friendly staff and quality work! Call ahead (same day is okay) to make an appointment and you won't be dissapointed! The last two times I've been in I've got the gel manicure and it has lasted over two weeks!! Pedicures here are quality as well including calf massage, exfoliation, and lotion. read more

Friendly staff. They always do a good job. Don't feel rushed in and out and end up with a great pedi and mani that lasts.

No change out to sterilized tools, no wiping down and cleaning areas before next client. Rushed mani/pedi with poor shaping on toenails and polish on cuticles that were not nicely cleaned up. Hand nail shaped fine but again cuticle clean up very poor. No spa feeling to this at all. Not friendly, no greeting. Return business from me NOPE! Referral from me NOPE! read more

Currently under new ownership- I called for a quote, the gentleman said $45 for the dip with a tip. Then I asked for shellac polish change ( NO PEDI) I repeated myself twice he quoted me $25. And wrote it down because I've been duped by salons before, it's like a universal trick to rip you off.... I made an appointment for 12:15. I sat there and waited 25 minutes and their air either wasn't on or wasn't working. Finally called me over for my polish change. Never apologized for the wait or offered water (like most salons) the lady that did my nails was horrible . She kept digging her nails into my skin to remove access polish on my fingers and toes. I kept wincing and it didn't phase her.. get the clue lady it freakin hurts. Ive never gotten the dip so I was trying it out for the first time... they are lumpy and uneven not one nail is the same length they are also tie dyed because she didn't evenly dremel them so the clear underneath is peaking through all over. It's quite honestly the worst experience I've ever had. I don't complain and I'm a religious 20% tipper on all salon services unless you REALLLLLY piss me off. To top it off I went to pay and she says $80 ( I was waiting for this) I said no ma'am he quoted me $45 and $25 which equals $70 so they both literally stood there and argued with me then with each other in Vietnamese so I couldn't understand, then he says "I miss understood you it's actually $35... " I said SERIOUSLY $35 for a SHELLAC POLISH CHANGE !? He said I'm really sorry I give you $5 off.. I said I'm sorry you miss understood me you'll be giving me $10 off. Not my problem. Maybe I would have been more forgiving if I didn't have a HORRIBLE experience at the ONE place I wanted to relax and enjoy myself. After I left and paid $75 for the ugliest set of nails I've ever gotten. I literally cried in my car, not because I'm a princess but for one I was embarrassed for the way they treated me in fronted several other clients. Like I was a liar and trying to get a freebie. First rule of customer service. NEVER ARGUE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, especially in a small town like Waunakee where word travels fast. And an added frustration. A little lady walked In to get a nail fixed and he said "what are you here for" not hello or welcome .. she says "to get a nail fixed" he said "you need to make an appointment" UM HELLO she already had an appointment and you CLEARLY fucked it up so She has to come back ? I think not... you accommodate her immediately. I will NEVER go back and I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW. Absolutely horrible. Wish I wouldn't have experimented and just went to Majestic, Happy Nails or Diamond Nails. Rant over. read more

Received a pedicure and it was great! Other nail spas I have been to rush to get the next person into the chair. However, this nail spa got me into the chair at my scheduled appointment time and spent about 40 minutes on my pedicure. It was also nice that the prices are a little bit cheaper then if you were to go somewhere in Middleton/Madison! read more

I've had much better service. The technician was very bossy and treated my like I've never had a manicure before. Also, he cut my cuticles to bleeding and I left with hangnails. Maybe I got the wrong technician on the wrong day but I won't be going back. read more

I have visited several times for shellac manis and pedis - I've always received very good quality service. My nails are always in good hands here. My nails never look streaky, uneven, bubbly, etc. I also appreciate the personalization that goes into their customer service as well. That's what makes people come back! read more

I highly recommend not going here. I had a dip manicure done here and loved it at first but not even a week later, the color went from a light pink to a nasty yellow color. I went in to get them fixed and they tried to tell me that it's from my self tanner (which I don't use) and then they tried to tell me it's from my makeup. They finally agreed to fix them but told me to never choose a light color again. I tried explaining to them that I've had my nails done multiple time with light colors (even white) and I've never had this issue but they continued to say that it's from my "self tanner." Then when they did fix them, they looked sloppy. I've had a dip manicure done many times from another nail salon and never once has this happened to me. I will never go back here. Don't waste time! Walked in for a fill in and they were busy but he said they had a spot at 3:15 and I said I would come back. I left to get some stuff done and came back at 3:00 and said I was there for my fill in, waited 15 minutes and the guy walked over and said I didn't think you were coming back so I took another customer! Are you kidding me! After I sat there for 15 mins??? You can't tell me that when I walk in the door. So apparently when you make an apt you don't get your service. read more

My experience was absolutely horrible. I rarely get my nails done, so I had saved up my money to finally do them, and decided to try this place for the first time. I got gel and tips. They were ALL crooked, super thick, and the polish job was very messy, I could have done it better myself. Very disappointing. read more
