I…read moreread all the reviews for shops in the area near my workplace and decided that Berkley Collision looked like the best bet. I took in the estimate that the insurance company gave me. Dave came out and and looked at the damage. He tried very hard to give me an estimate that was less than the insurance company's, and he was dismayed that it was only $50 less. But, as he explained, since it's a new car, he didn't want to skimp on parts, and I agreed. When I originally asked how long it would take for the repair, he told me it would be about 3 days, once the parts came in. That was perfect, as it was at a time when I was leaving town & wouldn't need it anyhow. When I took it in on a Thursday morning, Dave at first said that it would now be a week, but while we were on our way home, he called at around 4:15 on Monday afternoon to say it was done. I was so pleased to see that the car looked brand new again -- no more crumpled tire rim or front area. And I believe they cleaned the inside of the car as well, as it smelled fresh and some of the papers I had were in a different place. Add me to the list of people who say that Berkley Collision does good work. I hope I never need their services again, but I will certainly recommend them!

IF YOU CANT STAND BY YOUR WORK…read moreDONT BOTHER OFFERING IT. got my engine replaced here in 2019 came back this year with 70,000 on it asking for an inventory of what they had replaced and they told me they didn't have any records and they can't stand by their work because the "previous owner" SKIP didn't do things right. So I paid nearly $7000 to have half the components on my engine that they SWAPPED OVER from the last engine, go out. in the pictures your looking at my receipt for the engine shop, some of the half butt work they've done, breaking multiple clips and just zip tie them to the engine which ended up causing a misfire because the ignition coil was fkn zip tied down. AND a picture of my engine now that i have to replace HALF OF IT AT 70k MILES. ABSOLUTE BUMS
