The pieces were bought in Paris many years ago at a flea market, north of Les Halles. The pieces had seen quite a bit of tumble and rumble. These just came back and are GORGEOUS! You not only replated the surfaces but also fixed the black bakelite handles, and all lid hinges! Thank you!! I hope you will be able to come back, perhaps as a smaller business and continue to do custom work. Yes, the demand for antiques is changing with the new generations, but some of us still love these pieces and there is still a market for these out there. Best of luck!
