I was put in touch with Alex, who explained everything I could expect start to finish including best-case through worst case scenarios. He was very thorough and didn't sugar-coat the possible expenses. With my eyes wide open I greenlit the work and never regretted it. As it turned out, contamination was detected but not so bad that the tank and soil had to be removed. It took a total of four or five visits of two people each (except the last visit which required but one person to fill the tank in with an inert material and cover it with dirt.) Hard to see the area was ever disturbed. It's important to note that everyone that came out was professional, got right to work, stayed working, and gave me no sense of attitude.
