The quote changes 36 hours prior to the agreed meeting day and time due to the price of gas and material. In terms of the service of cleaning my pool , all I really needed was a good vacuuming as mine was not doing the job and some skimming to get rid of some of the top water gunk that was floating around. He did tell me to run my filter for 24 hours to get rid of it but that felt kind of annoying give that I paid to have the service done of cleaning my pool to use it asap. Overall Kyle was professional but the service quality was not to my liking. He also said it was "not bad" .He was also an hour late to our agreed time but he did update me on this. Given that I had to borrow my neighbors vacuum and skin for an hour after his departure I would not recommend this service. See pictures below .

As with bigger companies, they offer online bill pay which is very helpful. With our ongoing service, we received free use of one of those new HUGE wheeled trash cans with the attached lid that flaps over. It is a nice dark green too, to camouflage it. Very nice touch! Not sure if this offer is still available (for others), but we much appreciate the ease and volume when we have a lot to get rid of. The quote was very competitive to what I received from 2 other vendors and wanted to give him the opportunity as he replied first. Tyler came this morning all alone and honestly, I was not sure if he could manage the haul of the big, commercial desk. Not only did he do this courteously, I learned I should not doubt a professional as he was able to move this big and heavy desk alone from the 2nd floor!
