Thank you for the owner (man who is in the picture....found this to be true after a few people…read moreindicated the guy in the picture is indeed one of the owners) for not getting back to my neighbor and I to which he aggressively harassed us while we were standing waiting for the bus stop with our children. The worker was going a little fast down the street (it was very foggy) and because we all have to stand on the street because the sidewalk is not plowed, it's a safety issue...so the other mom just merely put her arms up to signal like "WTH slow down". Well, the worker stopped his van and got out of the car and was screaming and swearing at us, and I told him to get back in his van and it is totally uncalled for to yell at two women in front of the children. But he would not stop. Then eventually he got back in his work van, after he saw the bus coming. We called the company and let them know of the situation and asked for the owner to call us back. Never got a call back. Instead, the secretary called back and said "he was just having a bad day". Really? Thats an awful excuse for your enraged worker who verbally attacked two women who had children present.

Huge shoutout to Dreiske Moving & Storage!…read more I didn't need a traditional move--I needed help staging my home and moving several large furniture pieces that had been in the wrong places for almost four years. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! Communication before the appointment was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, arrived a little early (after checking that it was okay), and got right to work. The crew was professional, friendly, incredibly efficient, and treated every piece of furniture with great care. Some of these pieces were extremely heavy, and they moved them seamlessly up and down all three stories of my home. They worked quickly, stayed within the quoted timeframe, and made what felt like an overwhelming project completely stress-free. Whether you're moving locally, across the state, across the country, or just need help moving furniture around your own home, I highly recommend Dreiske Moving & Storage. Their professionalism, communication, and customer service were outstanding. Thank you for helping transform my house into the home I've been envisioning for years! Highly recommend!

We suffered from the Fox River flood in April. Restoration 1 came out gave us a quote of 10k -40k…read more They gutted our house even more than they should have. Found small parts of asbestos. Had us waiting weeks for a (special) team to take care of the 2-3 small spots just for them to take basically 10 min to finish which cost 9k without us knowing. They found rot in the wood behind a cabinet a didn't think to look up a see that the rot was coming from a bathtub leak. Instead they assumed it was flood damaged and ripped up our entire kitchen and main level for NO REASON. Ending payout was close to 45k. Now because of them we don't have enough coverage to finish rebuilding our house. In my opinion no way they did 45k amount of work. I wouldn't trust them at all. They so left me with a 1000 dollar comed bill. I think their quotes are BS and no matter what the estimate is they will charge the max. Another scam company trying to make easy money off insurance companies. I don't they are honest. Also the (absestos) team weren't wearing any gear and respirator mask. I'm starting to think there wasn't any at all. Just another reason to max out that quote

I rented a steer skid and auger attachment for a day to be delivered on Sat. at 9:00am and to be picked up on Sun. at 9:00 am (very clear on my paperwork and from the calls with Don and the guy who dropped the rental off). I attached the section of the invoice that shows the pickup date to the review and just blocked out personal details. On Sunday they did not pick it up by 10am, so I called them and the phone just rang and rang with no answer and no answering machine. I tried to call over 12 times from 10-3:00 pm and all I got was a phone that rang and never answered. Finally, I called and left a message at their algonquin location since they at least had an answering machine. Then on Monday the manager Harley called me to see how long I wanted to keep the rental and I told him it was supposed to be picked up yesterday and I tried calling even though I never was told I had to and he wouldn't even let me speak before he started berating me. He said I never called, and they told me I had to call even though I did but no one answered. He just kept yelling at me and said he was just going to charge me for the extra day the $600 and said I was banned for life. He even changed my invoice to show the pickup day on the copy I signed from Sunday to Monday. When the guy picked up the unit he even said they were supposed to pick it up on Sunday. I will fight this with my credit card company but he essentially charged my debit card without permission and fraudulently. I would stay away and use anyone else unless you want to deal with this unreputable business. Please read the other negative reviews...I wish I would have.
