I want you all to know about the amazing service my family and I received from Stephan C. #88! he was scheduled to be at my home at 9 and he showed up on time but unfortunately my whole house was asleep and he waited an hour for us to wake up and open the door! despite the lack of considerably from my family he still provided the most impeccable inspection of the stove in my kitchen. Stephan was very accommodating, courteous, patient, and enthusiastic the whole time he was helping us. on top of his charismatic and bodacious personality he was willing to work his hardest to solve the simplest of issues ensuring the most efficient of services. I recommend everybody calls Stephan for any appliance needs!!! he was the most perfect person for the job. Thank you Steph/

The owner had contacted me about our previous experience and was such a kind (& reasonable) man. They have a satisfaction guarantee and he stood by that. He never asked me to re write a review which I found to be classy and credible. We recently had an issue with our garbage disposal and asked the owner directly for a tech he could recommend sending out to us. Mark (tech #27) arrived on time (they give you a two hour window). We kinda chuckled b/c I think Mark was the tech that we wanted and was supposed to be sent out for the last visit. He assessed the disposal situation and determined that it had to be changed out. The price was fair but keep in mind that the repair is being done right then and there so sometimes paying a bit more is necessary. He installed a brand new Whirlpool disposal (sis thought they'd use a knock off brand but nope) and even changed the sink hole thingy (where there are flaps, etc). Mark even helped me stabilize the dishwasher that was kinda loose from the last tech's visit. It was a completely different experience this time around. We are glad we used 800appliance again and would use them for a future issue (with Mark the tech).

I don't think this company operates in good faith. I had a Kitchen Aid dishwasher that had a bad control board which was covered under the 5 year warranty. Kitchen Aid said they need to verify this with a qualified technician and that I would have to pay for it. They selected 1800 appliance. So I called 1800 appliance and explained that I just need verification, not an actual repair. The guy they sent out basically said it's not covered, citing no evidence and having no interesting in actually reading the warranty. But the note said "Bad User Interface Control Board" and the warranty said "Electronic Controls." So I called Kitchen Aid to explain and Kitchen Aid said they had to have the part ordered by the technician. So I call to tell James to initiate the replacement and 1-800 appliance straight up ghosted me; wouldn't respond to emails, phone calls, etc. Clearly they were caught in an indefensible position and clearly they are colluding in consumer fraud. I mean: this is covered under the warranty. And, the guy they sent over lost one of the screws to my already broken dishwasher, but offered to pay for a new one. So I have to literally order a screw that this guy lost. Not sure how these people sleep at night. They're essentially robbing people, or at least trying to rob people. Either that or they are just incompetent on a level that defies human understanding.

He apologized profusely, and he went above and beyond to make things right. You could tell he prides himself and his company on the quality of work they do. He ended up helping us repair our drying machine that just had a belt snap a few days ago. He was honest and sincere and very knowledgeable. Made the whole experience great. If I need any repairs in the future, I will only contact him and his company. He made what started off as a bad experience into a great experience. Highly recommended! ,

Great work by Vitaliy in performing a quick competent and low priced repair to my LG fridge water…read moresystem. I did a little research and knew what the problem was so shopped the job across several technicians. Vitaliy had a fair price and coupled with his excellent reviews. I chose him. Some of the vendors were hundreds more. You can't go wrong with good guy appliance services, and he apparently fixes not just refrigerators, but all kinds of household appliances . Worth his weight in gold!

I was having issues with my refrigerator, so I contacted them via their website form. The owner (Mr. "Tad" Tadeusz) called me shortly after I submitted the form (talk about quick response!), and I explained the symptoms. Dude just straight up said "Ahh that's an ice-build-up in the fan housing." He proceeds to tell me how to fix it, that it's straight forward, and to call him back if it didn't work. Modern fridges with the freezer in the bottom has so many shelves and such that it blocked my view of the vents and the ice build-up. When i removed all the shelving, I finally saw some ice buildup in the vents, just as Mr Tad assumed what had happened. I mean I wouldn't have minded for them to come and to pay for a professional to give my fridge a once-over to ensure it's tip-top shape. But I did as he said, and the issue resolved!!! As instructed, he told me thoroughly clean all the seals, and turn off the fridge to defrost the freezer so it all melts. I finally ate most of the food to do as instructed, I placed what remaining food in coolers, and gave the fridge a good clean and melted all the ice. Issue resolved!!!! No wonder the previous owner kept Mr Tad's business' stickers all over the house. I'm glad he did! Now I have my go-to appliance man for life!!! This kind of integrity is incredible! The man with decades of experience, knew the issue over the phone immediately, and gave me DIY instructions! I'm a consultant and I charge clients for my experience and advice because that's my job. Mr. Tad is a better man than me!!!
