The…read moreclass size can fit about 10-15 comfortably, but our class had about 5 with the instructor included. I love the studio layout & that the mats are included. Beth Botlz is the owner and was the instructor for this session. She is super nice, I enjoyed learning how she opened this studio and her personal fitness journey. The other classes offered are, Barre, Yoga, TRX, and regular Body Sculpt. There is free street parking and a parking lot behind the studio. All first come first served of course so be mindful of your timing so you won't be late to class while looking for parking. All you need to bring is water + a sweat towel.

I've been going two times a week for two months now and I'm totally in love. I went to this studio as someone who had never even attempted pilates and now I can't shut up about it. I am 81 years old and I take classes for balance, cardiac and strength building several times a week. The instructors are knowledgeable and the group is friendly and welcoming. Best of all the classes are covered by my health insurance. Try it, I highly recommend it !
