Good community of people, Pum was the absolute best and she gets 5 stars. Front desk staff was always friendly as well. Rating dropped due to high price, high turnover rate in instructors, always high temperature or broken a/c, and the only other instructors there for a long time were condescending to any newcomers. read more

I finally caved and joined club Pilates and I don't regret it. The Lantana road location is new and they offered a deal with the unlimited class package to be able to use their sister studio in Boynton which is great. I got the 4 class package. They offer classes as early as 6am and as late as 7pm for everyone's schedules. The instructors are nice and inviting and they try to help you as best they can with all the moves so you get the best workout possible. They do start the classes a little bit earlier than the scheduled time so you have to show up at least 10 mins before the posted start time. There's a 5 min grace period to still join the class after it starts which is not long and they lock the front doors once class starts. That's the only downside. Overall I've been enjoying the classes and look forward to attending every week. read more

I started club Pilates at the beginning of the year and found out a few months in that I was pregnant! I had been attending Tammy's morning class and when I told her the news she was so sweet and helped me to continue participating even if there were certain moves I couldn't do, she would give me an alternative that works while pregnant. Great when you're active. When you want to cancel they're a nightmare if you've moved or are working during their open hours. Worst Money hungry back office costumer service I ever experienced! Be aware of the back office and the charging policies of this business! Unfriendly back office, rude and unwilling to resolve disputes. I tried to reach their corporate office with no help as it seems to be an independent franchise with a location in West Boynton and West Lake Worth. I also tried to reach the owner directly with no success. A huge disappointment as I liked their classes and the front desk attendants in Lake Worth. I see a lot of reviews on here talking about how money hungry this location is & I really really wish I would've read these reviews before buying a membership here. This place is not willing to cooperate at all and has terrible customer service. the girls up front are judgey & the instructors are rude. They all act super nice when you come in for an intro class and then lock you in to a rate but they don't mention they'll make it impossible to cancel. I'm a college student and I tried to cancel my membership and I didn't find out you had to give a 30 days notice until I called to cancel. The manager wasn't considerate at all considering my financial status I simply couldn't pay for next months classes and I'm not even going to them since I don't have a car right now and it's so unfair how I'm paying for something I'm not even going to or cannot afford longer due to other important bills I have to pay and the staff told me that it's the policy? I recently joined this facility and at the time and was really excited to incorporate pilates part of my fitness journey. However after spraining my back I expected a little more care from the facility. I kindly made a call so that I can pause my membership for perhaps a month until I got better, but they expressed to me that they were not able to pause it unless I physically came into the location. I couldn't walk for about a week without feeling excruciating pain. So of course it was disappointing especially after feeling so exited about the club and sharing with all my friends. When I called the location, no one responded to my call. and when I sent a text message, no one responded either. I had to call on several days to finally get someone's attention. Finally I decide to cancel my membership, and again she mentioned that she couldn't cancel without me coming to the location. which in fact upon first signing up I let her know that I don't live close to the location at all. Overall. This was a HORRIBLE experience which didn't have to get to this point. She then proceeds to tell me if my last payment is not made then they WILL NOT cancel my membership and that even If I cancel I will still be responsible for any more payments within the 30 days. Mind you, there were 3 credits I did not even use since I hurt my back so Threatening me that you will send me to collections (for NO-non missed payments) means that you have no desire to mend the relationships of your loyal customers. I'm 25 years old and I've had back and neck pain from herniated discs since I was 17 from a car accident. Over the years I've gone through multiple physical therapies including pool therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, etc. You name it, I've tried it. As far as exercise goes, I was never able to find a program I could stick with, whether it be yoga, orange theory, or just staying on a gym regimen. After my FIRST visit at Club Pilates I was certain this is what my body and my schedule had been waiting for. It's the perfect mix of firing up your body (in good posture) and active stretching. Each instructor is amazing in her own way, and each of them change the moves of each class every single time so there's no repetition week by week. My sciatica and posture improved almost immediately and I was seeing visual improvements after about 20 classes that my friends could confirm! 3-5 classes a week 3 months later and my body feels almost pre-car accident. Not to mention, the instructors as well as the students have created a bond over time that makes everyone feel more connected with their community. The staff is great and easy to communicate with, the studio is always clean, and it's conveniently next door to a Panera Bread in case you need a quick breakfast before or after. Can you really LOVE exercise? I never did, it felt like a chore, until these classes. I actually look forward to my classes and will increase my package deal in a couple of months. Every instructor is great, in fact I vary my days and times to experience the different teachers. This is a great workout, sort of like physical therapy too. read more
