We were treated by a fun visit by the Cliff Bar/Luna Bar staff with samples and propel water.. the orange mango is divine. Gift bags given to each participant (20.00 donation) held certificates for free yoga trial classes and a lovely smelling sample from Aveda and more.. I promise to keep you informed of the next one.

I have known Olivia for 10+ years personally and have worked with her professionally for almost 3…read moreyears. Over the years, I followed her fitness journey through social media and knew that her positivity and determination was exactly what I needed in a trainer. I first reached out to her in April 2021 as I was unhappy with my weight and overall health. I was not new to the fitness world as I grew up as an athlete, but I was nervous and discouraged at where I was starting and did not know where to even begin. Change is scary and the work that must be put in is hard, and I was so scared of failing. Olivia was there with me every step of the way and got me through the tough part, which unknowingly was the mental part (and the exhausting leg days too). She provided endless amounts of encouragement and pushed me through my training even though she was across the state. Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable about the subject matter and answered all my questions while providing useful feedback and constructive criticism. The training plans she created for me were challenging and she modified as progress and changes happened which kept me pushing for more. With Olivia's help, I surpassed my original goal weight within 2 months and after 4 months, I lost a total of 21 pounds. But the best part is that I felt healthy and stronger, both mentally and physically. I am so grateful for the tools that Olivia provided me which helped me regain my confidence and encouraged me to fall in love with taking care of my body and soul.
