The treadmills and bikes are state-of-the-art and easy to use, and the weight training equipment is pretty new. The on site restaurant is very convenient. After a good workout, it's nice to have the option to pick up a delicious and healthy meal. The menu offers a variety of options, including wraps, salads, juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls. All the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and taste amazing! The staff at Purlife are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was told by an orthopedic surgeon that I will have pain for the rest of my life unless I workout and stay flexible. Trying to find a personal trainer that I can trust and that wont hurt my injury was like finding a needle in a hay stack. I looked for ways to help myself for years and then through yelp I stumbled across, The Facility! I have been going to The Facility for about 2 months now. I am able to do things I haven't been able to do ever, like squat down (properly and using my legs to stand backup) to give my 4 year a piggyback ride. I am able to give my kids a bath without back pain. I am able to do squats once again and exercise without pain. Through going to The Facility I haven't been able to just do things I wasn't able to do, but I also learned how to exercise. Yes learned how to exercise.... I learned how to properly breathe during an exercise which makes a world of a difference and allows you to get a better workout. I learned how have proper form. Proper form is so important as to not have an injury. My trainer always helps me attain proper form, breathing technique, and makes sure nothing I do hurts my back. The Facility has been the best investment I have made in physical fitness.

I haven't actually worked out there because I found several better solutions and my only advice would be that you search and try to look at other alternatives before you go there. My bigger question is the management, the ego, and the treatment of clients or potential clients. It is so flawed that I couldn't recommend this facility to anyone, not at all. Knowing my advice, I can give you this seriously: take your time and look at other places before deciding on this place. I can't evaluate the quality of the trainers but I can evaluate the quality of the atmosphere and the quality of the management for certain. I just say that we're lucky in Boca because we have a lot of choices. I would suggest that you look at them before you make this decision because you might regret it. I know I did. Honestly I never worked out there because of what I saw and what I honestly reviewed: management attacking me with public curse words and public abuse, expecting me to change the response. That will never happen because it's too important to me. My honesty, my word is my bond and I'm impeccable with it. I find it particularly annoying when management questions that. Nonetheless check the other options before you would ever sign a thing here because you'll regret it.

You will find their helpful and friendly staff (Arthur and Jonathan) frequently cleaning equipment and the facility and always checking to make sure everything is in well working order inside and out! Nicole has quite literally transformed my body as my trainer for close to a year now. She is so talented in knowing the needs of a woman's body both physically and physiologically. Before working with her I was close to giving up on the fact that I would be able to look better than I had in my formative years as an adult. Since then she has quite literally been able to sculpt me from head to toe pin pointing areas that need help and honing in on them. To be quite honest I'm not sure how she does it. Magic possibly.
