Late at the front desk was happy and fun. The gym is full of good pieces for every body part, the lighting is dimmed so It keeps you in the zone, the decor is crazy but it gives you something to look at all the time. Dumbbells go to 125lbs which is decent. Clean, clean, clean. The bathrooms are great AND smell great, these are the first public restrooms I have been to that actual smelled nice. Cold plunge and sauna area seemed clean, we just peeked in for a look. I was almost hesitate to write this since it's not a busy place and wouldn't want it to get busy The $150 per month membership is great since it keeps the kids and riff raff out. WE LOVED IT and making it our new gym home.

The facility is always spotless--from the gym floor to the spa showers--and smells amazing. The front desk team is super helpful and has gone above and beyond for me (even helping me find my lost keys!). I've accidentally left valuables behind a few times, and they've always been returned--huge trust factor here. I also take the pickleball class with Coach Alex and have gone from beginner to intermediate. Great vibe, great community. Bonus points for the lighting--it's warm and easy on the eyes, unlike the harsh fluorescent lights at other gyms. overall, this gym is incredible and I recommend it to everyone!

Station2Fitness is far more than a gym--it's a true community. From the moment you walk in, you're…read morewelcomed not only by the owner, Angel Rodriguez, but by every member who trains there. There is absolutely no judgment--only support, encouragement, and a shared commitment to getting a little better each day. The one-hour classes are consistently run on time and are never canceled. Each session begins with a focused 15-minute stretch and mobility warm-up to ensure you're properly prepared. From there, the workout transitions into a dynamic mix of aerobic activity--sometimes running and strength conditioning. No two classes are ever the same, which keeps things fresh, challenging, and engaging. After the first workout segment, the final 30 minutes are devoted to another series of exercises, frequently incorporating barbells and other equipment. Classes are intentionally small, allowing Angel to give individual attention to every participant. Exercises are thoughtfully modified based on your ability, experience, and physical needs, ensuring that everyone is both challenged and supported. The training style follows a CrossFit-inspired approach, incorporating a wide variety of movements and equipment, with strength training playing a central role. Participants range in age from their 20s to their 70s, and the atmosphere is one of mutual respect--everyone is simply focused on becoming stronger, healthier, and better than they were yesterday. Yes, you'll get fit at Station2Fitness--but you'll also gain a community of friends who will push you, support you, and make you smile. All you have to do is show up.
