They follow all Covid-19 protocols.Make you feel very safe. My appointment was at 11am I got there 20 min. early. I filled out the paperwork then I had to take of my contacts, I was only there to get glasses. waited 15 minutes then my eye exam was complete in 15 minutes. Payed and was told to come in 3 hours my would be ready by then. I paid 3/4 less than what I would have paid back home in LA. Overall experience was great.

Their selection of frames range from affordable to high end designer. Regardless to what your budget is the customer service is unmatched! Billy is super knowledgeable and helpful to find the right frame. The lead time for the finished glasses depends on what you need but since I require progressive lenses it takes a little but longer than a standard lens. All three of my new glasses (one clear for everyday/night, two different style sunglasses) came in earlier than expected. Give yourself plenty of time to try on all the frames to find the exact one you want. He was very knowledgeable and had a good selection of glasses to pick from. We spent about an hour and half with exam and then choosing. He was patient and helpful. We chose to have our glasses shipped once ready and received within a couple of days. Overall we had an amazing service experience.
