Enjoyed my stay at this resort in Cancun for the week before hitting Tulum. The customer service was amazing and it wasn't too crowded. Our room was very clean with huge windows and a nice view. I didn't hop in the pool bar area but it looked pretty cool from what I could see. The free breakfast was amazing, plus a WONDERFUL view in the outside seating area. The food served near the pool wasn't bad at all for this being an all inclusive resort. I would stay here again for sure.

The views on this resort are stunning. The beach is literally a few feet away. There are two pools one with a pool bar. I was there for a total of five days. Every dayThe pool bar was closed around 10 or 11 PM. Most all inclusive stay open all night. Also, the food was BAD. There's no nicer way of saying it. Everything lacked flavor and did not look appealing. The staff was extremely friendly. Overall I would probably not come back and book somewhere with better food and closer to outside excursions. I ended up spending money just to eat at other places. The views and the staff are great but I would recommend spluring for a better overall experience. There were no extra activities on the resort which also surprised me.

As I was looking for the perfect stay, I am very happy I found a Oleo. This place was very nice and relaxing. If you're in the spas take advantage of the spa. The spa here is absolutely worth it. Great service, great beds, and great views of the ocean. Room: the views from the room are stunning. We really enjoyed it here. I have never got this type of rest of my life. I could hear the waves and I slept so good. The waves are crashing all night and they literally put you to sleep. The beds were absolutely comfortable. The AC blows very cold. The room is very spacious and you feel very comfortable here. However the shower and restroom are quite small and should be re-engineered but I doubt that will happen. Very tight, small restrooms but the shower is really nice in the water pressure is good. As you can see from the pictures this is a really cool spot. And I will suggest spending a vacation here if you wanna be near the water. We are literally steps away from the ocean. I'll definitely come back here again.

Great hotel to stay! Food was good, albeit the portions were a little small. Gorgeous views! Staff was friendly, great rooms! My only complaint is the location of the hotel, there's not much to do outside of the resort. But worth staying at!

All inclusive and I don't think there's one room without a balcony and view of the water. When I say all inclusive I mean food all day and alcohol all day...on the beach...brought to you by the staff...waiting on you hand and foot. I think it was the most fabulous time I have ever had on vacation at the lowest price I've ever paid. Wear sunblock because you will get drunk and fall asleep on the beach and wake up a lobster. (With the comfort of know that KIND hotel staff is looking out for you) FREE COVID TESTING, ATM, Starbucks on site.

Pros: Beach front. Inspira suite room 1603 is big and faces the water. It has a beautiful view Staff is friendly Room service 24 hours. Arrives within 30 min. You can find the menu on your TV guide. Lots to eat and drink during the day. Close to the airport. Cons: Housekeeping: they were the only staff members that weren't great. One day they took all the towels and didn't replace them, the next day they didn't throw any of our trash out, etc Mini bar in the room only has non alcoholic drinks and one bottle of water. Black out curtains are needed. No chance of sleeping with the brightness and the noise from housekeepers moving furniture around so early in the morning. Bars close at 10:30 and only on bartender at night. Arrived via pre arranged transport from the airport. The hotel is only a 15 min ride away from the airport. Check in took longer than expected. You will have to sign a few covid forms. We arrived at 9:30pm. They had a bottle of champagne chilled on our room as a welcome gift The room: spacious. Clean. Some wear and tear noted. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was big with a nice rain shower. The bathrobes were a perk. They only leave two towels at a time, but you can probably ask for more. FYI: we were both at one time locked in the bathroom even though we didn't lock it and the only way to get out was by someone unlocking it through the outside. The AC was not the best. It was always humid in the room. Without my personal fan, I probably would have been too hot to sleep. The pool: small, but big enough for the amount of people there. They have a hot tub, but every single day we were there, it was congested with children. They have towel service station, but except for one day, we had to go to the lobby to actually get our pool towels. The swim up bar is a plus. They have lounge chairs available and some times at the snack bar. The beach: beautiful. Clean. We never had problems accessing lounge chairs. For those in the inspira suites, they have a special section at the beach for them. Bar and snack service is available on the beach too. They do have a lifeguard on duty. The bars: by far, the pool bar was better. The inside lobby bar was always slow. They only had one bartender. They really need at least two. Especially in the evenings. Once again, why close the only place to be at 10:30? Try the chamoyada drink. That was my favorite. The buffet: lots of food to choose from. Two nights in a row, they had a lady making fresh tortillas and quesadillas. The pools snack bar: my #2 place to go. Loved their food. You must order the fish tacos and the al pastor tacos. I think I ate my weight in tacos while there. The Mediterranean restaurant: more a sit down dinner with a set menu. They have a dress code, but nothing fancy. Just make sure men have sleeves. Food was ok. The Greek salad was probably my favorite dish there. The Japanese restaurant: my least favorite. The good thing is that the portions were small and I was able to go eat sushi afterwards. They also have a set menu to choose from The sushi restaurant: #1 in my book. Loved the shrimp roll. I have to admit that sometimes I ate there twice in one night. They have a display case inside with extras that aren't on the menu. Don't forget to check it out. On our last night, we were treated with off the menu sushi. A nice plus is that this is right next to the bar and the waiter will bring you drinks along with your sushi. Starbucks: this isn't included in the all inclusive unless you are staying in inspira suites. If you are staying in the inspira suites all the drinks and some of the pastries are complimentary Entertainment: not a daily event, but we did get to enjoy two performances. One was a Latin band and the other a saxophone player. Both were great. The staff: everyone was great, but I have to say that Hector treated us like no other. He deserves kuddos. The sushi chef was also the best. At the pool, Jonathan did a great job. Check out was fast and easy. We opted for their late check out for $20 an hour. It was totally worth it Extras: Cross the street to the convenience store for any extras you need The key to your room is actually your bracelet. This was the best thing ever. Take a reusable straw with you. The ones they provide are eco friendly, but break so easily

Loved the staff at Óleo! The rooms were clean, cute, and comfortable. My favorite food was at Almar, and the restaurant in the hotel was pretty good most of the time (I'm also a picky eater to be fair). The kind workers in the check in area were warm and friendly, and Marcos A. and Gustavo were our guys. My favorite servers during my one week stay were Gabriel, Roger, and Lilliana. The bartenders Antonio and Enrique were exceptional! I had to leave a personal note for all of the amazing workers/kind humans that made my trip extra special. Thank you all, and thank you Óleo!

I stayed there from 10/16-10/19/23 no pool entertainment or night . Around 9am they are cleaning the pool .Bar at the pool only opens from 10am to 6pm . Food it's alright only 2 restaurants . I asked to change the sheets from bed I guess they just flipped them next day still dirty .I asked for towels I have to called 3 times a period of 4 hours apart to get the service .I will not recommend it to my family and friends .I travel a lot this was the worst experience ever if I could I would give 0 stars.

Swim-up pool bar!

A solid 4.5 stars! A large part of this rating is based on my experiences with other all-inclusive resorts: I've been to one in Cabo 9 years ago (don't remember much from this - heck I don't even remember what I did 9 days ago), as well as to an all-inclusive in the Dominican Republic last year. Just as a preliminary matter, Oleo seems to be one of the better resorts in the hotel zone of Cancun. It is also one of the closest from the airport - maybe like a 12-minute drive. Everything at Oleo is fairly compact - that is good if you are a lazy ass and don't want to walk that far. There is a buffet style restaurant that is walk-in pretty much anytime. Two other restaurants are also on the premises, one Mediterranean one and one that does Japanese cuisine (Hakka). Mediterranean was decent. Hakka is a multi-course meal that requires a reservation (not a strict dress code though). Some dishes were alright (tempura vegetables and this cooked fish dish), but having lived in Japan before I've had better. A snack bar is also on the property with FOODGASM level ceviche and fish tacos. Just FYI that opening hours are limited. Oleo has 2 bars: a lobby bar (as you can expect, it is at the lobby) and a swim-up pool bar. The latter offers frozen/blended drinks, while the former does not. However, the lobby bar has longer opening hours and closes around midnight or so. Our room was fairly standard. Nice and clean, view was alright. There is 24-hour room service, which I thought was awesome. Room service (when I ordered it that one time) was relatively quicker than I imagined (though based on the other reviews you should expect it to be slow). One major gripe I have is the entertainment, or lack thereof. Again, one's assessment of Oleo will depend on their experience with all-inclusive resorts. During my DR trip last year to Punta Cana, my resort had a casino, a nightclub, many more restaurants and bars than Oleo, movie showings, and live performances. Oleo had a few live performances (e.g. dancing and singing) in the lobby area, but nothing great. Then again, the DR resort was HUGE and required taking a shuttle to get from point A to point B, whereas as indicated above everything in Oleo is compact and within close proximity to each other. If you haven't been to an all-inclusive resort, I highly recommend this one to whet your appetite for these sort of experiences. People are super friendly here, and remember to bring multiple U.S. dollar bills to tip the bartenders/servers. When you check in, you might be asked to attend this presentation the following morning. Don't do it. It is a timeshare presentation where you sit there listening to them talk about how wonderful their other new resort property is and then want you to buy in. This is more for Oleo than anyone else: please stop doing this. People go to Oleo to sit and relax on the beach, not listen to some presentation that ultimately is to entice them to take out their credit card. Just my 2 cents.

Nice size bathroom

The hotel is located at the very beginning of the Hotel Zone. So the traffic to and from was not bad. The pictures of the resort are slightly better then in real life. The place was clean. They were always cleaning, floors, windows. The place is a little out dated. The check in was great. We got our room quickly. They try to get you to do a "video sit in" to get a free spa. We were like no thanks, if we want to do a spa, we will pay. They never looked at us again. Food was excellent. Whatever we are was very good. No complaints there. They do need more variety. Every day at breakfast, it was the same stuff. I noticed NEVER any bacon. The buffet area was tiny, and never crowded. I know it's a boutique hotel, but it needs more options. The Mediterranean restaurant Almar was very good. I had the short rib. Then we tried to get in a few nights later, and we had a long wait, the hostess actually took people before us, so we left and went to the buffet. The japenese Hakka was excellent!! Very very small portions so double up. Brown Bag was awesome for coffees. The fish tacos by the pool were amazing! They are will bring them to you at the beach. That's El Botanero. They had food out and it was all excellent. The lobby bar was not good. Drinks were terrible. The pool bar, I don't know WHAT they gave me, I asked for a double shot of vodka (their top shelf is Absolute) I wanted to add it to my crystal light, drink, and I had to throw it out. It smelled like RUBBING ALCOHOL! Wow. This hotel, needs lessons on making drinks. I guess if you drink beer or wine, you are safe. The entertainment at the pool was good the day we sat there. The lobby bar is where they do their entertainment at night. I went to the casino night, that was ok. The night of Michael Jackson, they had no seats The water pressure in the room was good, but never any hot water. We even called the first day we got there, I felt like a liar, bc when maintenance came it was hot. But this would happen it would come and go, mostly go. This. Am no hot water. No nice machines around, you need to call room service for ice. The towels in the bathroom are all frayed. Room was cleaned everyday. I guess early. We were out all day. Never saw a cleaning person on our floor. The beach chairs were mostly ripped.

Pros: Stunning view Access to the beach Several eating options Spa with hydrotherapy pools Gym and tennis court on site All inclusive Great music Clean and very sleek Friendly staff Starbucks located in the back of the bar Comfortable beds Swim up pool with a snack bar 24 hour room service Close to the airport Cons: Food was subpar Only replaced 1 wash cloth each day although 2 of us in the room (We had to call each day to get wash cloths and it took forever to get delivered) We decided to do the 90 min resort tour of Atelier (It lasted 3 hours and although you tell them no they hound you like no other, very annoying) Overall, it was a great stay! I enjoyed it thoroughly!

My experience is based on 2 visits here one in December & April. The experience in December was exceptional except the food that's not so great it tastes very artificial. In April My experience was ok did not get the room I wanted and moved me twice. The staff from room service was extremely rude when leaving overall I don't think I will be back I will be choosing another hotel next time I'm in Cancun.

View from the back.

The entire hotel is illuminated with L.E.D.'s. The space is immaculate. It was 1/4 mile from the room to the lobby. The ballrooms and convention spaces are like a stadium. (Indoors or outdoors). The public bus arrives every (2) minutes and are often full. It is approximately .50 US to go 30 miles downtown. Just looking at the creative ideas a child could write a book . "This ain't Tijuana". In NOLA people go missing all the time. They get discovered weeks later. Would never happen in Mexico . A drunk guy might get out the box, but it is very controlled. These citizens are: smart, efficient, implemented, hard working, drive excellent, fast, diligent, and gracious. It's like walking through a museum. Every single person that works at this property is out of this world! Kind, helpful and always going above and beyond to make things memorable! There's always a little bit of construction because they're renovating, so plan accordingly by calling with them to make sure the areas you want open, are open. The new speakeasy is super cute. We visited there one evening and have the best time and service! This isn't the same restaurant where you go to breakfast but at night is a Spanish tapas restaurant. Everything was fantastic but all the food on the property is really great! We especially loved to order lunch by the pool. All the cocktails are fantastic, even poolside! Rooms are standard JW with some of them recently updated with the others on their way to being updated. Yes, there is a sort of a musty smell in the air, but that's in most hotels. It's a very hard to keep those highly humid rooms from smelling a little musty. You just have to get over it and enjoy the time outside the room. Pools are super cute and the beach area is nice. There is an adult pool that is open during the day but wish it was open later! Lots of places in walking distance if you decide to venture out of the property but why would you need to! Easy drive from the airport and to the downtown or for departure to Isla Mujeres. We did not go to the island this time but last time we booked everything through the hotel and they made it super easy.

We love the atmosphere there and always have a great time. The food presentation and quality has increased. There seems to be a lot of new staff working there including Captains at the buffet restaurants and Cafe. The cafe has added Bloody Mary's and Mimosas to their menu which is amazing, plus they have added a variety of fresh fruit on bar. I love fresh fruit so that made my day. The new Asian Restaurant was delicous. The opening of the Deli/Coffee shop was a great addition. We would go there every morning an sit at the Vista lounge where it is a quiet atmosphere with a beautiful view. The opening of the MVP/Speakeasy bar was great as well. The late night DJ and dancing was definitely a hit. Adding lounge chairs in the pool was a much needed. You get to cool off, get sun and relax. The addition of Yzrael, the Coach was the best idea. He is so personable and energetic with the activities that he does with us. He is a great motivator for those of us who would like to burn some of thee calories that we take in while on vacation. (water exercises, yoga, Pilates and gym time) The Color Parties were fun! Sulieca, pool activities person was the sweetest person ever. She always remembered our names, would interact with the guests even when she wasnt doing an activity with us. She always has a smile on her face. She was able to transform from activities to dancing at the color parties, special occasions like Deli party, and act in the videos that bring more people to the resort. What an asset she is to your Team. Mayra, our pool bar waitress was very attentive to the guests. She busted her butt daily making sure guests never went thirsty. She also remembered our names and what drink we wanted. Our last day, she was in the Deli/Coffee shop. Her talents and pesronality, in my opinion, would be better utilized if she is at the pool serving a lot of people where she can interact. We had several new Bartenders this trip. David was brand new and he was amazing. Alexander was at the Vista Bar the night we met him. He was very accommodating to us. He experimented with drinks that a guest requested. He even made us a Mexican coffee as he was closing the bar at 11pm. The Nightly entertainment in the theatre was magnificent. They are very talented group of people. The Gala was spectacular with amazing food. We would like to see the Asian restaurant open more days a week. We would like to have gone to it 2x during our stay but it was not open daily. We would like to see the coffee shop/Deli and Vista Lounge utilized a little more. Some guest didnt even know they existed. As for the Deli/coffee bar, it was open 6am-3am. Any way in the evenings, they can do the Flaming Coffee there. We go to GR Solaris at 5 to get the flaming coffee but would rather have it as a dessert/nightcap than something before dinner. The Vista Bar is ther as well as the speak easy. This would be a HIT!!! Also, there was lack of communication when activities were scheduled and canceled or not known about at all was a lil disappointing. We never knew when The Vista Lounge/bar was open. The app says one thing, the paperwork from check in said another. The App also said the was a activity at sunset on several days but it was not there when we went to it. After returning home, I saw a video of a party at sunset at the lounge. I hate that we missed that. It would be great if the Vista lounge bar area would become the Premier bar opened nightly until the MVP bar opens up. This will allow people to stay at the Caribe and not go to Royal. In turn, people may utilize the deli more. Dont feel like the administration is communicating well with line staff at times. POOL When we got to the pool, there were a lot of loungers w rolled up towels on them that had been "saved" for guests. Several days, those seats remained empty until after lunch or beyond. Can there be a policy in place to minimize the time allowed to save a seat? The Color Parties are a nice addition but the only complaint that heard was that the music was TOO LOUD! Some people that go to adults only want the Quieter atmosphere but also enjoyed the entertainment to break that up. The water level of the pool was great for water exercises for most of our trip. When water was added to pool, people of shorter stature were unable to be in the water. They had to exercise on the stairs which was not safe for them. I understood during our stay that the Solaris is under new management. It would benefit those of us who don't know the hotel industry, if there were pictures of people and their titles. The air purifier in the lobby is very overpowering. I would like to sit in lobby bar but i cant due to strong smell. Overall, Our stay was amazing. Making plans for another trip.

Because of my friend's membership level, I stayed in the Club Solaris members area, but honestly, the great service is consistent throughout the resort. The staff remembers guests by name, and I saw many returning members warmly hugging the employees they've known from past visits. You can feel the genuine care and connection. Lunch by the pool includes standard fare -- pizza, chicken nuggets, nachos, fries, hamburgers, poke bowls, California rolls, mac and cheese -- it's casual but satisfying. Drinks tip: Head to the adult pool for branded liquor. Otherwise, they typically use well or house brands unless you ask. Special thanks to Marrya, who worked tirelessly serving everyone around the pool by herself -- she's amazing! Throughout the day, there are plenty of fun activities like bingo, water Zumba, and flip-the-cup. Maxine, the pool host, keeps the energy up and everyone smiling. (Pro tip: Bring your own cup, thermos, or Stanley tumbler -- they'll fill it with ice and water for free.) There are three pools and three hot tubs, and the ocean views are incredible -- just steps away from the beach! Spa! Small but clean. Ask for Bonita. She was great. Dinner Dinner reservations are a must. The best restaurant, hands down, is Marco Polo. A big thank you to Alex, Ivan, and Ricky for their wonderful dinner service! Nightlife The resort offers nightly entertainment like singers and live shows. They're nice, but if you're looking for a livelier nightlife, you may want to head into town. There's also an MVP Sports Bar, which is a great spot to hang out -- it has a pool table, three TVs, music, and an air hockey table. A huge thanks to Javier for his excellent service and patience with our card games! Highly recommend the member experience!

First of all, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. The balcony view is honestly breathtaking and the infinity pool makes for great instagram photos. The back also has a restaurant and direct, private access to the beach with the rest of Zona Hotelera. I can not emphasize enough how pretty it is. The hotel itself, as all the other hotels on this strip, is hated with security personnel at the entrance. You can only get here by taxi, rental, or a personal vehicle. Ubers don't really work from the airport or most of Cancún. There's an Oxxo (think 7/11) nearby that you can buy water, snacks, and alcohol which stops being sold late afternoon on Sunday's! We had a blast. Drinks where good for us but not a giant variety as others might expect. Food was also good but nothing spectacular. My main complaint was the room itself. The beds were not very comfy and the hot water wasn't the best, but that's also an issue in most of Mexico. Again, you get what you pay for and based off the views alone I feel like it was a steal. If I wasn't a broke medical student I surely would have picked a fancier hotel.

The spa was fantastic, offering step-by-step guidance through the dry sauna, steam room, and both warm and cool pools-such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hotel sits right on the beach with breathtaking views and features several pools, including one with a fun swim-up bar. Dining options were excellent, with several restaurants to choose from, including Mediterranean, Mexican, buffet, Asian, sushi, steakhouse, and American cuisine. Our room was fantastic, with a rainfall shower, comfortable beds, prompt housekeeping, 24-hour room service, and turn-down service. We also enjoyed live entertainment and a night club on the property, yet it remained wonderfully quiet when we wanted to relax. We loved the aromatherapy --it was such a thoughtful touch. The location is very convenient: close to a pharmacy, just across the street from a shopping mall with a mix of upscale and casual dining and shops, and only 10-15 minutes from Cancun's vibrant club zone. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our luggage was immediately checked in and we were able to check in even arriving early around 11 am. Our particular room was ready and we checked and our luggage was promptly dropped off. We stayed in an oceanfront room which had a beautiful view with a seating area inside and on the balcony. The room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked. I like the aromatherapy touch in the resort and in our rooms being able to choose which scent you wanted was very nice. I loved the separation of the toilet and shower by a wall and doors for privacy when using either. The water pressure and water temperature in the shower was great although there was some water draining from the shower during use. We would generally put a foot towel down to contain the water. The room was serviced twice daily so we were never without towels, etc. I also utilized the laundry service which was reasonably priced for three pieces of clothing and it was returned the next day. The staff was generally very courteous and helpful (we only had one less than courteous experience with a waiter at the Hidden Garden on our last evening). The food at the restaurants and by the beach and pool area was great - I cannot say enough about the fresh fruit and the grilled ribs and chicken so well seasoned and cooked with flavor. We ate daily in Siete for breakfast (the smoothie station you will need to go to first because it fills up because the smoothies are sooo good). We also dined at Hidden Garden where I enjoyed Indian cuisine which was delicious (but a small portion). All inclusive so it was nice not having to continually carry payment and only the gratuity needed for the staff. The last two mornings of our stay there appeared to be construction in the room next door or our floor which was disturbing - we did alert the front desk staff and it would generally stop around a certain time. Getting beds and chairs at the beach was generally easy but for the pool it was the hunger games usually having to place towels or bags on chairs early to 'reserve' them (there are no reservations for chairs only for the larger cabanas for an additional fee) We also experienced the spa which was amazing. Highly recommend visiting during your stay. The spa ritual is so relaxing and the couples massage in a combined room was great. Would definitely stay again. $$$

Unfortunately, for the past two years, our experiences have declined significantly. The hotel no longer maintains the level of service and standards we once loved. The atmosphere feels different, the staff are not as welcoming, and there is a noticeable lack of attentiveness and care. During this stay, we had a particularly unpleasant two-day experience at the beach regarding the setup of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Rather than going into every detail, I will simply say the situation was handled poorly and left us very disappointed. What was most upsetting was that no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue or make up for the inconvenience. Even after speaking with Guest Relations, who mentioned contacting the General Manager, nothing improved the following day. No accommodation or gesture was offered, which was surprising given the hotel's luxury positioning. It is also noticeable that the property feels quite empty during weekdays, except on special occasions or long weekends. Even then, the warmth and hospitality we once associated with this hotel seem to be missing. That said, I want to sincerely recognize Valenzo, who served us daily. He was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. We never had to ask for anything, he would notice small details, like refilling ice before we even realized it was melting. His service was outstanding and he truly tried to make our stay better. Thank you, Valenzo. You made a difference. It is genuinely sad to see a place that once meant so much to us lose its standard. We hope management takes guest feedback seriously and invests in retraining staff to restore the level of service this property was once known for.

Food: Lowkey not amazing amazing, but if you're someone that doesn't like to drink a lot or care too much about how fine the protein is that you are putting in your mouth this place isn't that bad for the price. The sushi bar is pretty great (I stuffed myself with the Salmon and Tuna), and their virgin drinks are decent too,. My friends did take issue though with the fact that some of their drinks, especially when they melted, just became a watery syrup coagulation. The grill is decent, and if you can, definitely get a reservation at the restaurants offered by this resort that require them (both Veneto and the other restaurant or two are really solid). It's honestly just the buffet that's a bit of a let down but for the price, I feel like one cannot complain that much, especially because your stay covers you up until the next evening (even though you have to check out at 11pm) Location: On the more southern end of the hotel zone, so I think it could be better for someone to choose a more northern location if they are more interested in the clubs up north and also the ferries that go to Isla Mujeres. Service: Incredibly disappointing service at the front desk. We literally wanted to get our bags that were sitting out in the open and they took almost half an hour to get the bellman over to us even though we had been sitting there and followed up with the receptionist twice. Grateful that this hotel lets you leave your bags with them when you are going out after you've already checked out, but the service with regard to this was deplorable.

There were bed bugs in the room next to ours! We were continuously woken up by other loud guests at 2, 3 and 4 in the morning. Our 8 year old son got severe food poisoning from a burger that wasn't cooked properly at the Italian Restaurant Marco Polo and missed 2 days of the vacation. Got stuck multiple times on various elevators around the resort. They are broken and go slow or shake or the doors don't open. Hot water not working in our room. Fridge not working in our room. All the pool seats are taken by 7:30 am with people's beach towels leaving no chairs to sit or lounge by the pool and minimal shade. Nothing restocked in rooms, we had to request toilet paper at the front desk. Multiple drunken fights near the pool over the days we stayed there. When we asked at the front desk we were told "we are at 98% capacity, what do you expect us to do about this?" Only 3 pros--family friendly and close to the airport, the shows were good... does not make up for everything else. Would not recommend and would not come here again. This is not a 4 star resort, it is more like a 2 star.
