Each bun was wrapped in plastic, but was so extremely heavy. How could a bun be so heavy? Opening it and taking a bite - it's like chewy raw dough. I'm not sure if it was really raw, but that's what it felt like. I couldn't finish it. I didn't even want to take a second bite, really. I'm actually very surprised at the good reviews on the bun here. Its one of the few times that Google reviews are more fair and accurate than Yelp reviews for me. Don't trust the lists!!!!!!!!!!!!
