Thumbs up for cheap-ish comfort Hong-kongnese food for lunch. Went at 1:30pm, so wasn't busy at all. Tsui-wah has been in business for a while, and they have maintained their quality of food, and added new items to their menu, like organic rice dishes which I will try next time.
The decor and cleanliness is average, which is expected. There's sufficient English translation on the menu to make it easy to order. Otherwise, there's enough photographs of meals on the menu to point and order. Prices are transparent. They take octopus card as payment.
I came here to have the soft bone pork stew which is yummy. The surprising dish of the day is the fried pork chop with curry sauce over rice, which is huge!! They can cut it for you if requested. This is a thick piece of pork chop that is still steaming hot, juicy and crispy. I had it for leftovers the next day, and it was still good re-heated! These are not lunch specials, so I ordered their milk-tea separately. My belly is so full and satisfied. read more
