The two other dishes that stuck out were the shumai topped with abalone and the spring roll wrapped in look fun. As usual, I had to get my shrimp dumpling. When I first visited them in November 2013, I thought the clams were good but a bit salty. Now, they are just good. It sounds a bit clique but the butterfly clams definitely had me at hello. I always asked if the butterfly clams are available and if I can reserve them when I make my reservations these days. I really love seeing how their business prospered and I wish the best for them. Perhaps they can finally afford to open a bigger shop closer to town :)
