We had a big family luncheon. They told me that the dim sum from this place has won a lot of awards. I would have to agree and they have specialized dim sum not offered at other places. We ordered many dishes. The bun with the salted egg yolk was my favorite. I was in heaven. I'm all about the salted duck egg. The two other dishes that stuck out were the shumai topped with abalone and the spring roll wrapped in look fun. As usual, I had to get my shrimp dumpling. It was huge with fresh shrimp, and the skin transparent. Winner! The steamed fish was very appetizing. The meat was smooth and firm, with a nice texture to it. I could tell that it was very fresh. The goose was good also, but on the fatty side. The goose has to be ordered a day before if you're planning to get it.
