In contrast, Victoria Harbor served me a delightful hot goose with very little fat under the crispy skin. The flesh was moist, moderately soft, and tasty. Yung Kee will only serve their best geese to their VIP diners. Victoria Harbor, in contrast, will serve the exact same high quality geese to ALL their diners.
Atmosphere (**** out of *****); Average large Chinese restaurant.
Service (** out of *****); Because they can get really busy sometimes, their staff might be overwhelmed at times. Sometimes, you get good service, but other times, you get poor service and have to flag down the waiter for everything.
Conclusion (**** out of *****); For excellent roast goose with O.K. service in a large Chinese restaurant, go to Victoria Harbor.
P.S. They do not have an English menu, so bring along a Chinese speaking friend unless all you want to do is order the roast goose, "Seew Gno."
