With a Japanese trained Argentinian chef, the food at The Ocean has a zen like appearance, a delicate French touch, and an explosion of flavors. We opted for the smaller set menu at lunch, but we had plenty to eat. Our oyster pineapple starter was smashing, and each dish that followed was creative, unique and special. Service was very elegant and so Parisian. Yes, the waiter was from Paris. Management is also French, by way of Marseille. Our bill for four courses came to about 1000 Hong Kong dollars for two persons. Everything about The Ocean was tres magnifique. Go now, before it becomes too popular and passé.
